Been staying in Canada since last year Sept. First time trying Dairy Queen because my friend wanted to go, I cut ice cream because of previous experiences with braces, but DQ seems to make me pick up ice cream again, tried the blizzard, it’s fantastic. Staff flipped the product in front of me emotionlessly ?⚠️and I nearly had an heart attack? Oreo Dirt Pie is amazing if u like gummy bears in it. I m surprised they have varieties of choices!!!? ✨Price is also fair! $13 smth for one medium and one small!
Ordered an ice cream cone and it held it's shape at 11 15 am today. It was a humid day high 33 C. The cashier was polite and the other staff brought me the ice cream. I will visit this DQ during my weekly visits to Niagara.
Absolutely horrible! The food was horrible, the service was even worse. The fountain drinks has less extract and more water in them, despite informing the staff, they refused to accept or amend the fact that there was less extract. I asked them for extra sauce in my burger, but they didn’t fulfill that. They were rude as well. The worst place to get food. I do not recommend it.
DQ on Ferry Street in Niagara Falls.Close to all the restaurants and entertainment on Stanley Avenue. This location offers cooked food and more beyond the frozen treats. This visit was quick and we enjoyed our food on the outside seating.Indoor seating is unavailable at this time.
They got our order wrong twice, charged us for items we didn't order. Then served us frozen chicken bites for our 5 children. When i returned to ask them to remake them, they tried blaming me for the bites being frozen. Also, the lady who does the cooking, decides not to change her gloves after continuously touching various things in the restaurant including her body when she felt the need to scratch her face. She then continued to handle our food, as well as others.Overall, complete lack of respect for their customers l. Also, complete negligence for running a business. I highly recommend choosing a different location.
When I asked for a soft cone in a cup because of allergies to the cone. The people at this Niagara falls store did everything wrong. There is cream fridge was not cold enough, they put the wrong butterscotch dip. They did not use the hard shell one they used the liquid one. And my icecream melted all the way home. This does not happen to us at the port colbourne store. They treat us with excellent service.
Very busy and understaffed. Waits for food were long and customers were frustrated. Felt bad as a customer to have to wait so long for icecream but felt equally bad for staff who were so incredibly busy and just doing their job with no manager/owner there to support staff or to engage customers and settle them down. Icecream was great as always.
To be honest this was my first time trying DQ ice cream, just got this classic, and it was just what I expected, soft, creamy wanting more feeling.
The good and the bad. Good: staff was kind. The soft icecream machine was not working properly. After a 5 minute wait they offered alternative. Bad: even with Covid restrictions being lifted they have not yet opened dine in. They are operating as if restrictions are in play. The place needs a good cleaning and refresh. It was operating for take out. Not the best DQ franchise operation. But, still good ice cream ?
My family and I decided to go for dinner today and my husband's burger was coated in about half a bottle of mustard and ketchup it was just pouring off. My husband brought it back in and the woman behind the counter was like theirs nothing wrong with it. The man that was waiting at the counter was even disgusted my my husband's burger and checked his before he left the restaurant. They eventually replaced the sandwich not that they wanted to. Companies need to train their employees better. Also on a side note open your dinning area there is no reason why this restaurant is the only place that you are not able to sit inside.
