After a long night on clifton hill and a walk down to see the fireworks at 10 we lined up at Dairy Queen for something sweet and cold. The line moved at a good pace but once at the counter and our order was taken and paid for we watched an employee walking around carrying food coughing horribly loud with out even the slightest attempt to cover her mouth or move away from the food prep area. This coupled with the rude behavior and unhygienic actions of this employee was a complete disappointment. Sadly the actions of one has left a very sour taste in my mouth (as well as others) when we were actually looking for a sweet treat.

I worked at Dairy Queen on Clifton Hill Niagara Falls Ontario. Just around two years ago.. The Assistant Manager (Gillian Belford) would make fun of the employees and laugh if they made mistakes. (Carter Schaefer) age 18, told me I should have cancer… and would make fun of me and other employees. (Joel Larmand) made fun of the employees daily while working. (Parker Abrunzo) MOONED tourists while on shift, (he pulled his pants and underwear down in front of tourists) .. aswell as smoking cannabis while on the job. The staff was disgusting there and the things that went on, were horrible and uncalled for. Knives were being thrown around, food being thrown over the counters. Staff leaving property while on shift, for hours. There was graffiti on the work property, making fun of the employee (Ashleigh Empey). The assistant manager (Gillian Belford) knew about the graffiti and laughed. She never told the boss about it,; she kept it up. Still there today.. The entire work experience was stressful, harassing and uncomfortably abnormal. Do better. Half of them should be fired as well as the boss. (SHAWN COLLEE) .. Do not recommend working there. Or putting your money into eating the food at that place….

I ordered a Blizzard and it was what I expected. The cones were large and dipped in chocolate. It is a normal DQ.
Price is higher... not that tasty
Ran out of the most popular size from their most popular item. A regular blizzard. You could only get a small or large. Management are paid partly to problem solve. The smart thing to do would be to pour reg sized blizzard amounts in large sized cups. It saves you more money to be accommodating and get repeat customers than penny pinch and have that person influence others to not go.
