Jamie is such a pleasant face. She was terrific and lovely. Loved having her as our server! Defo comin back for the service!!!
Ordered medium secret sauce burger (carmelized onions, lettuce, secret sauce, cheese) with chili instead of fries. (First weird thing about this place, one person takes your order, one brings out the food, and there's no relationship with one server to tip.). Order comes out as a burnt burger with pickles, cheese, and chili, with a side of fries. That's no where on the menu. Waitress didn't come over for 10 min so I got someone up front to swap it out. Next order comes with tomatoes instead of the carmelized onions. Why is it so hard to match a menu item? I wasn't asking for hold this, extra this, I just wanted the normal item. Chili has no beans in it, it's just saucy ground beef. And cold. Bathrooms were missing signs, locks, and toilet paper covers.
I am going to say of all the chain restaurants in Niagara Falls. The service is always better than the food. Chili's adapted quickly with some values like being transparent of how many people they can handle with a lack of staff. Also they use their technology for checkout at there table smartly. Your drinks are full 90% of the time and your checked on. My problem is like many restaurants. Portion size and value has both gotten smaller. I don't think you get a great value for you dollar. But I'll take it over Applebee's and olive garden any day. Also please make fresh French fries they come out Luke warm.
tried Chili's for the first time last week because I had a coupon for DoorDash pickup. For a casual chain I was pretty impressed. I mean, I didn't go in expecting any exceptional but was pleasantly surprised. I LOVED their tortilla chips, it's a style I actively seek and the only other sort that compare (for me at least) is salsarita's, which isn't around here so it's nice to know I have an option when living up here. The mini burgers were good, I liked the seasoning. The only thing I wish for online ordering (on doordash or their app) is that you can do specific requests. I did the appetizer combo and wished I could specify the wings to be "well done" as I feared (and ended up being right) that they'd be kind of mushy. I know most people are okay with that but I really like well done wings and don't have a cooking facility where I could've tossed them in an oven till cooked longer.The second time I ordered I used Chili's own app and immediately had a coupon for the 3 for 10.99 special where I could get the chicken sandwich without the additional $3 surcharge for being a premium item. Even if it was full price I would've been okay. The sandwich was enormous and the choice of sides was great; never in a million years would I have thought "loaded mashed potatoes" at Chili's would be so awesome but I had no interest in any of the other sides so took a gamble. They are amazing and know I'll be ordering a family size of those some point soon. also appreciate that all the sauces were on the side as asked and staff remembered to include utensils. Food was also read on time, actually a bit early, despite being prime dinnertime (probably busier than usual too with graduations this weekend.)
Really good experience here, food is great, service is even better!We never miss out on a fajita and a molten chocolate cake from here!

I visited this location on Monday March 21 2022 with some friends. The entrance had a terrible smell of vomit, looked like the garden was being upgraded with some kind of peat, but smelled terrible. Then the grill where they made the burgers wasn’t working so we couldn’t have burgers or stakes, which was the only thing we were really craving for. The chicken tortilla soup was a very salted pure that we couldn’t finish, all beans tasted like they were straight from a can, some shrimp in the fajita tasted really bad, everything felt like it was frozen or coming from a bag, no effort for flavour or quality in the food at all. We left the restaurant feeling like never eating in Chilli’s again. Im not a review person but this experience was so disappointing I feel I have to share it.
My family and I went there the other night as a party of 7. We were immediately greeted and seated. Our server was prompt and very efficient. Our food came out quickly and everything was cooked to perfection. We loved our experience and we can't wait to go back.
Host was unprofessional. Greeted us very poorly. Sat us down at a table that was to small. Waitress was pleasant though. Very friendly and checked on us and had us move to a bigger table setting. Food wasn't so good. Cheese curds had way to much seasoning on them. Nachos weren't very appealing. The cheese looked old. Steak wasn't seasoned proper and was very dry. BBQ ribs had a very unpleasant taste. Fries were right on point though.
I was not impressed with this location. The food was bland. The waitress wasn't to helpful or knowledgeable. The mixed drinks were somewhat weak. There are a lot more choices for food in the area. I would go somewhere else in the future.
