Beware of when you order a drink. There's a good chance that it has a bug inside the cup like mine did.
We ordered two big kings, and let me tell you, they were hot and delicious!! The niagara falls burger king on 74th st.is very clean and the staff were friendly and engaging! One of the best burger kings around ! Much better then the grand island location. We will continue to support the burger king in the falls, great job guys!!
The food wasn't really hot. My burger was made so sloppy that after 2 bites I threw it to the seagulls. Fries were not fresh, luke warm at best. The person at the drive through was rude and grumpy. I'll never visit this location again.
Did the $5 meal deal ... Jr whopper, sm fry, 4 chicken nuggets and a drink ... everything came out hot and fresh
Was asked eat in or to go. Said eat in. Served in brown bag. Got precisely what I asked for, fresh and hot. 2 out of 3 ok with me.
Waited over 10mins for our food. While watching staff stand around and watch one person make the food for both the inside and drive through. Piss poor service and the management should be ashamed of themselves as a manager if your store is busy you jump on the line and help get the job done not stand there and watch. Finally got our food waiting over 10mins for old cold fries. Definitely will be calling corporate office tomorrow
I come to this place alot, every time I been here, the service has been outstanding. Especially since I am in a wheelchair. I like it that get treated equally, and not pitty that lot places do,Notice even when they are busy, they are not slow.Today was waited on by employee Stephanie. Very helpful, also notice my being deaf, which accompanying with heads up.Place is away clean, employees always polite and friendly.?????? ?♿?
New manager is a you know what . tried to tell me I was the one that messed my order up . funny because my 7 year old in my backseat even heard what i said & I ordered my food exactly how I wanted it not my fault you can’t hear . Pretty sure now they mess my order up regularly just because of that one time but that’s perfectly fine with me just means I spend my money elsewhere ✌?
There's not a whole lot to say about a fast food chain restaurant except that the staff was very good. The restaurant was clean and the service was quite friendly. I ordered that $5 special they have going. Whopper jr, 4 chicken nuggets, small fry and small drink. That is a good deal in today's economy.
My impossible whopper was burnt, when I asked for a refund, manager spent over five minutes deliberating over whether or not to offer it. The place was dead, only one vehicle in the cue. This was definitely a question of stingy policy from the franchisee rather than simply being busy. I had to get back to work before my break ended so I walked out.
