I dont usually eat here but circumstances called for it tonight. No care from staff, food was very cold but line was too long to wait to go back through and doors were locked, and when I corrected my order at the window staff seemed frustrated. I would not recommend this place especially at night. I definitely wasted my money.
My favorite place to grab a bite to eat. Some days service can be pretty slow but lately they have been doing a good job. If ur a regular the staff remembers what u like to order ?Customer service is pretty good.No complaints ??

I ordered a Whopper--extra ketchup, extra mayo, no pickle, no tomato. That automatically means normal lettuce & onions. They marked the wrapper correctly, then made it wrong. They did give me extra ketchup and extra mayo. They did omit the pickles and tomato as requested. For reasons known only to Zeus, they also gave me only light onions and a piece of lettuce leaf the size of a quarter--which, under most circumstances short of being deathly allergic, should be regarded as no lettuce. WTH, BK!?

This is a disgusting store , I would never eat here. If people only knew how dirty they keep their prep area I swear this store needs to be shut down. The manager is so unprofessional she is just as trashy as her store . I wouldn't even give it one star. I had to because it wouldn't let me comment. To the manager of this location, you are nothing but a person with an ugly heart and a theif. You steal money from your employlinhees and you are nothing but trifling
