This was my first visit here and I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food and of the service. I ordered the bacon,eggs,hash browns and coffee and they were all excellent. I would have given the place 5 Stars but I found our table a bit to greasy for my liken. I can honestly recommend this place for a good breakfast at a reasonable price.
Was seated rather quickly but we got no silverware or napkins before we ordered. Our food took an hour to get to a table. We ordered sunny side up eggs and they were not even done, one order of hash browns were overly done and the other order was cold inside. My refill coffee took a half hour and I had to ask and being never got silverware, my son went up to get some and they gave plastic ones which I didn't care just wanted to drink my coffee. I am visiting up here but never had to wait that long to get lukewarm food busy or not. Was busy when we got there but when we left there was hardly anyone there. Sorry, but will never go back to that one
My family and I are visiting from Nashville, and stayed at the Hampton Inn behind this Bob Evans, and not only was the food amazing, the service was even more amazing! Our server was Michael, and he was above and beyond exceptional! He was so kind and met our every need and always asked if we needed anything else! He was one of the best servers we have ever had! Great job Michael! Thank you so much for making sure we had a great experience and our little girl had some strawberries. ?
We ordered an online takeout order from this Bob Evans and our experience was terrible. We picked up the order at the time promised. It was ready at the cashier, but she was busy talking on the telephone. No one else offered to help, but the cashier was still on the phone for at least five minutes. Our order was in a bag, but we were given no plastic table service, no napkins, no salt, no butter for the dinner rolls. The food was ok, the rolls were stale and not edible. My wife called to express our displeasure with the manager. The manager was rude and wouldn’t even listen to her concerns and hung up on my wife. I am sure this manager sets quite an example for her employees! That is probably why very few customers were in this restaurant!
Good breakfast. Perfect biscuits. Avocado were hard. Could be done better there.
Typically a local eats person but popped in for a quick brunch for convenience. The service provided by Marcus, our server, is the reason I jumped on to recommend. Great service is always appreciated! ?
We ordered a family meal take out, with pot roast, mashed potatoes, gravy, carrots, broccoli, biscuits, and cookies for dessert. My order was ready when I walked in the door. The woman that gave me my order packed it perfectly and was very polite and kind. The food was delicious and there was plenty of food for a family of 4 and we had leftovers. I recommend the family meal!
So expectantly bad. Hashbrowns were a thin wafer of nothing. Can’t believe it was sent to me. Omelet was fine. Toast tasted as though it was soaked in buttter.
Just ordered online and put a request about having sides separate, it’s not for right away and I’ve had orders get ruined from stuff mixed that shouldn’t be soaking together. Asked politely, offered to pay up charge, tipped. Picked up and it was PERFECT and I appreciate it SOOOO much!!!! Am so excited for my meal later :) also, counter help was so sweet and whoever wrote have a nice day on my bag straight up made my day. It’s stuff like this that means so much and I appreciate it and hope you all have a nice day too :)
The food was overcooked not worth the convenience of delivery cause u take what u get Hubby just had stroke Im disabled and did not feel like cooking I thought Bob Evans would be good but it was horrible I ate it because I was hungry Never again Best part was the delivery guy he was very friendly
