It was overall a pleasant experience. My family and I were pleased with food! Surprisingly enough they did also offer a small selection of bottled beers. I was not a fan of the no touch dispensers for condiments, they were quite slow. The lack of service they had in the dinning area was sad, but was stated in the beginning there was low staff.. so not complaining about that. The scenery inside was awesome and the food portions were big. Pricey but worth it ! ??
We were desperate for food and had heard the burgers were good. Two burgers and 2 drinks with no fries cost us $42. the burgers were nothing to remember.
We had to return 2 of 3 burgers because they put wrong toppings on them. In the 30 minutes we were there we saw 7 different families do the same. The burgers were average and not worth the $67.00 dollars. No that is not a typo. 3 burgers with fries a 2 milkshakes was $67.00. Go somewhere else.
Pretty good burgers. The quality exceeded my initial expectations. They have a variety to choose from or you can build your own. The reason I took a star off is because of the level of customer service. There was one customer ahead of me being helped and I was next, about 10 feet behind the cashier were 4 employees chatting...it took 5 minutes for one of them to come to another register to help me, and that was only because 3-4 people had now been in the line behind me... not really cool and the manager was one of the chatting people. The cashier was lacking life and personality, she seemed like she was in a trance. The burger combo also cost $18, a bit excessive for a casino and is more than airport prices, which I'm used to.
Everything about this place was good besides the condiment dispensary. The touch less wave action was spotty and the cups that it goes in were so small that u had to stay there for about 10 minutes while impatient people behind u wait to do the same thing u did. Would be much easier with the hand pump.
Food was okay as for the attitude of the heavy guy at the register and the old lady with white hair putting plates out at the bar the attitude was poor af. She even approached the table with an attitude. She was making the customers bag their own food and both people had really bad attitudes including eye rolling. Would rate a zero but the burger was good.
Amazing food, nice atmosphere with some live blues music, did I mention how good the burgers were? Highly recommend it!
It'll run you at least $20 for a burger meal. Made to order. Very delicious. Staff was great.
We stopped into Blues for lunch before leaving Niagara Falls and we were not disappointed. Both burgers we ordered were cooked to perfection. They both tasted amazing and their garlic fries were off the charts. If you're in the area you should give it a shot I doubt you would be disappointed.
The restaurant is clean, organized with covid safe precautions. The food was made to order with good flavor. The cashier was friendly and patient with our large order.
