No sanitizer empty at front door. I had a coupon and friend had a coupon. My coupon was accepted... manager came to deline friends coupon. Coupons from the same page of a flyer. Reason given restaurant would take a loss if friends coupon was honored. At no fault of their own; people taking the coupons were not taught how to process them. I understand prices are going up and it's hard on restaurants.. but if restaurant doesn't want to honor coupons be consistent in policy and cheaping out on hand sanitizer is unacceptable. Left restaurant with a unfavorable feeling... polices seem to be arbitrary.
Will not be going back. Drive thru speaker needs to be updated. Could not understand the person taking the orders and they had a problem understanding the person giving the orders. Got to the window and the order was wrong. Every time I go something goes wrong at this location.
The Roast Beef sandwich was tasty, no gristle or fat on the meat, and the service was efficient and friendly. Definitely a bell-ringer, and I will be back.
Doesn't even deserve 1 star! What a joke! 20 min. in line to order. 2 cars in front and still left before I could order. Would have been quicker to drive to st.catharines Arby's order from there.2nd time drive thru issues at the N.F. Arby's. It won't happen again.
Haven't been here in a while. Excellent and glad to be back. Service and taste were great. Glad to be back. Will definitely be back sooner than later.
Finally found an Arby’s and it didn’t disappoint. Price was great for the tourist area, staff was very friendly and helpful with the menu options and food was great.
Arby's is quality. Good prices and food unique to them. Their fries are something else and the staff is very friendly. Goof place to go if you're looking to have a nap afterwards.
I'm sad there aren't any of these closer to me; Arby's is delicious.I've only been here once but the food took a reasonable amount of time, and the order was correct, so no complaints from me.
There's just something about a beef 'N cheddar!! Not many Arby's around so always go to this one when I'm in the area. Never had a bad sandwich - always hot and the buns squishy.. Haha also will give me lots of horsey and Arby's sauce which is important ;)
This entire chain is pretty underrated, a lot of the food here is pretty good. I have no complaints for this location in particular, the service was quick and easy with no mistakes.
