T G I Fridays in Newburgh goes above and beyond for their customers. I placed a very late night order while I was in area and by some app error, it set my order for the next day, even thou I was within the ordering window according to site.I met the Manager on duty he confirmed the time I placed order and even thou kitchen was closing… Made my order with no problem and smile on his face!It’s hard to find service like this these days , it was very late at night and sure they wanted to go home.I appreciate it being in customer service my self, I would highly recommend this restaurant.Thank you to Rene the Manager on Duty. You are truly an asset to the company
Love the BBQ ribs.. Takeout can improve. My order was given to the wrong pickup customer so I had to wait while they prepared my meal all over again.
Curbside was really fast, the lady was nice. Make sure to call in when you're doing Curbside!!!! Though, my bread stick was missing from my pasta. ;-;
Went here for an early dinner. I got the Cajun shrimp and chicken pasta dish which was very good. Everything was cooked well and there was a nice kick to it for added flavor. The interior decor fit a throwback to the 70s. Service was also friendly and knowledgeable. Overall enjoyed going to this TGI Friday for the food and service the most.
Food was really good! First time here. One of the waitresses, Diamond Jewel, made this such a fun experience. Totally deserves a raise.
Food tasted exactly as I remember, it was good. Serving size of the Cajun pasta was larger than expected. Waitress was super nice, professional and attentive. The beer was warm and it smelled so bad like garbage I considered leaving before I ordered my food.
Food was overcooked and under seasoned. They forgot refills when asked and silverware for our and our neighbors table for a long time. Waitress gets the 4 stars for her friendly smile and attitude only. We hoped for better.
They increased their prices without increasing the quality of the food and the customer service. I brought and mix drink 1 of their special mix drinks that has 2 liquors in it and I didn't taste the ciroc nor the Malibu Rum the drink tasted like sprite watered-down sprite. Sipped the drink and got the waiter who charged me for the drink order a different drink with 2 different liquor and asked for no ice got a half of cup. My daughters fries were not Hot. I had to keep stopping a waiter. Waste $120
Having been customers for many years, I cannot believe how bad our last two experiences were. The mashed potatoes were hard as a brick, and cold; the broccoli was discolored, soggy and overcooked, and the steak was small and full of gristle and fat. The meal was inedible. Although it was taken off of our bill, we told the manager that it never should have been plated and served in the first place. Sorry. You’ve lost us.
My mother dined in and ordered the crispy whiskey combo to-go for me. When she brought it home I immediately noticed my shrimp were missing and my ribs looked gross. My mother called and they agreed to give me another crispy combo. I drove there and when I arrived they said my order was ready. When I got back in my car, I checked the bag and it was the WRONG order. So I had to go back inside again and tell them. They finally brought out the crispy combo and I checked the bag, clearly they gave me the worst looking shrimp they had. (My mother dined in and brought her leftovers home and her shrimp looked like actual shrimp) I ended up leaving because I didn’t even feel like going back in for the third time, I was over it. I’m not one to complain, but this is ridiculous.
