This location ALWAYS runs out of Diablo sauce. This is inexcusable. It literally does not expire.Yo Manager, when restocking your supply, order more Diablo sauce. Take how much you normally order and double it, triple it idk it WONT GO BAD.
Every time I go through the drive-thru I paid extra for sour cream on the side did not get that had to ask for sauce my thoughts are that nobody cares about anything I asked a girl where the sour cream was she said in the bottom of the bag I said where are the sauces and she handed me some
The employees are extremely rude, far from friendly, and just nasty. The guy who took my order looked and sounded high as a kite and was completely out of it. I tried to repeat my order back to him because I can tell on the screen that it’s incorrect, and he just cuts me off and tells me to pull up saying “yes” to anything I said before I can even finish. Get up to the window and completely different person hands me my order which was missing 2 items that did come up on the order screen, and tells me I never ordered them. Manager comes out and says it was never put in and I’d have to reorder them. Now I’m holding up the drive up line. That’s the list time I visit this location.
They have been messing up all my orders lately. Missing items, items made wrong or sloppily. Y'all should stop getting high at work, it's affecting the quality of the food.
This Taco Bell is the best I've ever been at.The one that opened in Vails Gate, NY is in desperate need of employee training, it is way to slow and untrained in preparation. They would do well to go in the restaurant I Love and get proper training.

Counterintuitively and surprisingly, Taco Bell gets high ratings from me! You'd never believe it would you, but the food is exceptionally cheap and surprisingly good quality! This place is great bang for your buck!
The only Taco Bell that actually gives you enough hot sauce. The only one open till 2 am in the area. Perfectly made food. Didn’t skimp out on ingredients and ingredients were also not oozing out of the food, making it messy or impossible to eat. 11/10 recommend
I come through often and I’m always pleased. I think the staff is pretty great too.
