I’m not going to leave a poor rating bc this is a consistently good Starbucks with a very friendly and capable staff.I would like to note that I’d have appreciated the staff member that helped me this afternoon asking before specifying blonde roast on my espresso drink. I do not care for blonde roast and would have asked for the dark or original or whatever blend is typically used.I didn’t make my way back over to have the drink corrected bc I had already fought traffic going there and it simply wasn’t worth the trouble.
Good and drink came out great but employees seemed a little rude. I'll take the benefit of the doubt and say maybe they were having a bad day and give a 5 star anyways.

This Starbucks is one of absolute favorites. The staff goes out of their way to please you. I went kind of end of the day and by then most people would be tired. Not these guys ….. they were happy and just catching up and it showed in their customer service. I don’t like in the area and only visit here when i am in Newburgh for sports event but every time I have visited this place, my experience has been amazing.

I'm conflicted as to how many stars to give. Although my drinks and food, have always been good. You can always guarantee a long wait at the drive through. My kids would go swimming in the nearby pool so I didn't care, it was a great time kill, however if you're in a rush skip this place, or walk-in.
Usually don't have a problem here but I won't be going back after today. I ordered my coffee and when I pulled up to the window knew it was wrong by looking at it because it didn't have the whipped cream or mocha drizzle that I asked for(which they upcharge for). Asked them to fix it, they added the whipped cream and mocha then swiped my card. After swiping they tell me the loaf I asked for isn't available. Something they should have checked for before charging me for it. They gave me a different loaf but I would have preferred to just have it removed but they already swiped and I didnt have time to wait for them to refund. After pulling away I tasted my coffee and it was missing my extra shot of espresso. I order the same thing every time so it was obvious by taste. If you are going to upcharge for every little thing at least read the ticket and make sure its all there. And if you are planning on stopping here and customizing your coffee be aware that they will likely take your money and not give you what you asked for.
Very busy time to stop by. But all the staff were well trained and Hopping! Baristas were getting those drinks out Fast and accurate as far as I could tell. I know I could Not perform at that pace, that pressure at all, but I waited about 5 min and was Impressed with the efficiency behind the counter. Thank you!!!
This place is a deplorable heap of swine and villainy. If I could rate them no stars, I would. They gave us egg after we asked for none and the manager said that We ShOulDvE UsEd tHE ApP!!!!! This gaggle of idiots failed every order we gave them, and denied us basic necessities such as straws. In short, I will never be returning, and implore anyone coming here to reconsider.
Starbucks by absolute favorite I just tried the new praline Chestnut today OMG delish got to have it hot though not cold! Apple crisp macchiato another one that is absolutely delish got to have that one hot as well!
