Great pizza a friendly staff. ??
While getting ice cream should be a delicious treat the minuscule portion and staff ignoring me while trying to order was incredibly disappointing. All in all across two ice creams we received about two tablespoons worth of ice cream. That’s one “regular” scoop and one “double”. Incredibly disappointing.
Great spot for a consistently tasty nosh after an exam... or a long day... or after good news... or whenever! Friendly wait staff greet you at the door and are patient with even the most indecisive patrons. Order a Fishers lemonade and the short rib fries and tell em Daisy sent ya!
Good food but this is what was delivered. Reconsider ordering from here!!!
My boyfriend and I have gotten food from here several times. We are huge fans of their square pies. I personally reccomend their vodka and margarita pies. Absolutely phenomenal seasoning. You're definitely getting what you pay for and it's worth it. The staff, in our experience, has been nothing but polite and respectful. Absolutely recommend their food.
When the place first, the quality and service were excellent including delivery. But it seems in 2021 the quality has went a bit stale and the millennial staff bordering rude. I didn't go below three stars becauseI think the ownenr can correct this.
The pizza has consistently gone down hill the past year. It’s either too sloppy and soggy or in the case of today, the pizza dough was stale and hard to chew. So over this place for pizza … moving on!
I ordered delivery and they didn’t bring me blue cheese. I paid for extra it may seem like something small but it isn’t I ordered wings pizza and calzone. We needed blue cheese. The one woman told me she didn’t charge me then put me on hold for another woman and that’s when they couldn’t bring it to me and gave me a credit for next time. I waited 1 hour for delivery which is fine everyone is short staffed but I ordered it and paid for it; I want it. I don’t want it later.
The pizza is good and diverse along with squared or circle style pizza. It's more expensive then usual pizza but the quality makes up for that. All in all a good place to order from once in a while.
I eat at the Pizza Shop all the time, so this is the first time that I was upset. My daughter and I ordered almost the same thing cheesesteaks. It originally comes with mushrooms caramelized onions and bell peppers. I only wanted meat onions and cheese. I received a onion sandwich, once I picked onion out and had a barely any meat. I called to complain and the manager was rude in my opinion. He said that I Customize the sandwich which I didn't I just didn't want mushrooms or bell peppers so I feel like they added more onions. He said I would have to pay for a whole new sandwich. We went back and forth which we should have not at the end of the call he said we will send you another one and hung up on me.
