I've never had a bad experience at Papa John's. They are always consistent and pizza is always amazing
If I am able to post a 0 I would. Our food was never delivered. First, I had to contact customer service because the actual store was not answering the phone. After filing a complaint, I called again the store. When trying to speak to management they said it was delivered and refused to answer me where exactly was it delivered to. Very poor communication skills. It’s probably best to avoid deliveries but when you’re trying to go contact-less it’s hard to do. Very frustrating when you’re hungry and you’re calling for answers from the actual store and they simply refuse to answer you. Definitely needs new management and new staff ASAP!!!! Or Train them better!!!
They do not wear gloves. They do not wear masks.I didn't see them wash their hands... Hmmm.1st time there....not going back.
I am extremely displeased with the timeliness of my order. I had a really busy day and I made sure to call in at opening to place an order. I would’ve done it online but the earliest time was an hour after opening. I called at 1102 and placed an order for which the man said 20 minutes. I arrived 20 minutes later for him to tell me 10 more minutes . It was not until 26 minutes more was my order ready. If I knew it was going to be that long I would’ve went somewhere else. Then on my drive I realized it wasn’t correct and had to go back. The food was okay. Could’ve been better.
I would chose papa John’s over Pizza Hut and domino’s any day. Sauce was a bit salty this time.
first of all the guy was making all the food solo... ordered $6 items and you get what you pay for... wish I had better to say. I used to eat here more often but quality is declining. Help wanted sign says it all...
This place tried to ripped us of for garlic sauce and banana peppers. This is the last time I will ever order from this place. I will travel to the bronx before I order from here again. And no this is not just for those item. It's the principle of them trying to ripped us of.

I got Buffalo wings and saw in the sauce something that looks like flem, I contacted corporate and one one responded. Never again.
I wish i could give this place zero stars tried to order a pizza. Nobody speaks English or understands nothing i ask for a buffalo chicken pizza with onions i ask what the sauce is they say buffalo hello no not how u make a buffalo chicken pizza its a normal cheese pizza with chicken and onions on top of the cheese with buffalo sauce drizzled all over or the chicken its self soaked in buffalo sauce nobody speaks or understands English anymore come on papa johns you need to get your act together worth service ever and im a pizza eater for real have at least one English speaking and English. Understander there Damn
