We came in today for a late lunch and ordered fries with our order and they were cold and not very good . I went to the front to order new ones and I explained why and Angel was super sweet and said no problem I will get you new ones. She was super pleasant! She will keep us coming back to this location! Definitely an asset to Mc Donald Newburgh!!!!♥️?
There have been multiple times going through the drive thru something has been missing, or inncorrect this morning i got a big breakfast and a medium iced coffee, not only was i not given syrup, utensils, nor my hashbrown but they gave me a small iced coffee. At this point i just wont be coming back to this location because its only here
Very clean and modern updated location. Customer service was great. Food prices and wait time was average. you have dine in drive thru or curb side pick up on online orders at this location. Location is very large with lots of parking.
This is the third time this location hasn’t given me everything for my curbside order. This time three chesse burgers were missing. I try calling and you just get a constant busy signal. Order #1914 Curbside #4
Getting tired of this location. Every time we go through the drive through lately we have to get moved to the waiting area for simple things like basic hamburgers and 1/4 pounders and fries. When they finally bring the bag out, one thing or another will be cold because it sat while waiting on whatever item they were unprepared to serve.
I went inside, the cashier, seems to be Mexican, messed up my order, I ordered 1 shamrock shake, she gives me 2!!!!!!?I order a happy meal, she doesn't give me the drink for the happy meal, a colleague walks up to her now they are stressed out Cuz there short someone called out!!!!! And my order gets mess up Cuz of this!!!!!?
Someone's husband blocked all the customers leaving the store so he could Waite for his girl in n the rain. Instead of doing what management tells their employees to enter and leave on the left side of the builf. Their rules since 1986. Horrible situation causing damages
Went through the drive thru. What can I say the fries were hot. Received all of my items ordered. One comment, they don't need to put so much salt on their food.
It's McDonald's, you know exactly what you are getting. But this particular restaurant seems to find it extremely difficult to to get a curbside pickup mobile order correct. At least 50% of the time the order is missing something. Today they did not bring my order out, when I went in an employee stated that they did not have an order for me. I showed the manager my phone with the order and they filled it, but really. This is a supervision and quality control issue that shows lack of attention.
I love all McDonalds. The food is done to perfection. All kinds of beverages to choose from. Kids meals. I love the big breakfast with scrambled egg, pancakes, I think biscuit and a sausage patty too. I love their fish filets and their french fries. They have desserts ice cream my favorite, new cinnamon rolls with icing Yummy. There chocolate, strawberry and vanilla shakes are like a dessert. Thick and creamy with whip cream on top. I love the quarter pounder hamburger and regular hamburger. I do not like the Big Mac. I like their salads when they have them. I like their Mc Chicken. I like egg McMuffin with sausage and either hash brown or tater tots. They are open 24 hours and I believe you can order breakfast all day.
