We are 80 and 75 and we both were amazed by the best pizza either of us has ever eaten. Puts all others to shame! And we will recommend to everyone we know who comes this way
Ordering a meal. They have a hard time putting pepperoni on a pepperoni pizza. Mine came plain. Nor do they know how to operate a pizza cutter. Two pies and not one slice. The bright side is that the delivery showed up six minutes before the estimated time of arrival per the website. Maybe they should have used a couple of those minutes and and made the order I paid for. Finally, don't get your hopes up if your hungry. Better off going to one of the other pizzerias around the corner.
I have been ordering from Joe's Pizza & Deli for 6 years now. Joe's is Top of the Line. Any order I have gotten delivered is still hot when I receive it. There cannoli's are delicious you can get them chocolate covered. They have specials Monday thru Saturday. They are closed on Sunday. They have all kinds of Appetzers and Salads to order. They have all sizes and kinds of pizza's plus Specialty kinds. They do make white pizza. They have baked dinners, hot sandwiches, subs, Kaiser rolls, wraps. My favorite sub is Brooklyn Bridge. They also sell Boars Head Cold Cuts. They are located on corner of Union Ave North & Route 52 West across from the DQ.
The best. I grew up eating this pizza and every time I’m in Newburgh I have to get some. So good!!
Buyer beware. I ordered $75 dollars worth of food tonight. Took an hour and a half to deliver. When I called they said the driver was on his way took another twenty minutes for them to arrive. Food was cold looked like they heated up leftovers. Called to complain. They answered the phone and were rude. Put me on hold a guy got on the phone and when I told him I was Upset with the food and needed to be compensated he began cursing and yelling. Told me there was nothing he could do. And hung up the phone. I called back and the lady put me on hold. Got back on the phone and told me I needed to wait for the driver to come back and put me on hold. The driver gets on the phone and told me he had other deliveries and had to drive slow I toldHim I want my money back the other man got on the phone and told me there was nothing he could do. Hung up. I called back the lady told me they were busy she would take a message. I told her she needed to put them on the phone. He got back on the phone and told me he can’t help how long it took. I told him I was bringing his food back. He said he was closing. I told him make sure he stayed open because I want my money back. We arrived with the food he looked at it and said oh wow that’s the drivers fault. He went back and forth but then finally gave me the money back. Don’t order from them ever. Stay far away from there. Calling the better business bureau for sure. Shame on them tons of the same kinds of reviews. Terrible customer service. SHAME ON YOU! Zero stars

COMPLETELY RUDE. this is now the 5th time IN A ROW they got my order wrong. They sometimes tell me they dont deliver to me, but on some days they do. its always wrong or cold when they do, but i dont have many options around me.then today. 1 order of Poppers, Mozzy sticks, 1 large cheese pie, 1 large pep pie. nothing crazy. today they dont wanna deliver so go to pick it up.get there and they say 4 LARGE CHEESE AND A sicilian pizza ... HOW, when it was all paid over the phone.they are a complete mess and have a brand new excuse when something goes wrong.OHHH and he absolutely refused to give a refund for it. so after waiting almost 2 hours, we are now waiting for hopefully the right order, with people waiting inside for it.they may have been here forever, and idk what has happened, but stay away now. they arent worth the hassle. Rude as hell on the phone too.
only been a few times but each time has been great. Between the people there, the fair prices and the delicious sandwiches, well worth the stop.
