This was my first time ordering from Jersey Mike's. I ordered the number 13 online and when I got my order it was completely wrong. I got a turkey sandwich with just lettuce and cheese. It was gross looking and now I don't have lunch. Doubt I'll be coming back here
Just tried to eat here, they closed the grill before 8:30, staff were inattentive, and laughed when we walked outside. The person who closed the grill had an attitude, which made it sound like the store was closed. Every time I try to eat here it’s always an issue. I’m definitely not coming back anytime soon.
First timer & ....YUM...Jersey Mike's didn't disappoint. Both my son & I enjoyed a fresh sub.
Staff was great Lil pricey is why I won't go 5 stars
I ordered a chipotle chicken cheese steak and what I got 100% does not look like the photo they have on their website. It looks like they just added steak instead of chicken… a little disappointed since I was looking for chicken and not a Philly cheese steak…
The service when they open was good . But right now the service is the worst I ever encountered . Waited for and order 15 minutes and when asked about it. The worker got and attitude and said the waiting area was over there. I told her no need for the attitude . They need to give their workers personal communication training. Service suck.
Great sandwich, not completely organized and they all wear masks hanging around their ears or necks, either wear them right or not at all.
Just placed an order there with coworkers. The employee that answered my calls for pricing and eventual order placing was patient and nice. However, out of the 13 sandwiches ordered, only 12 ended up being made, despite all 13 being read back to me, and only 5 sandwiches were made accurately, despite any specifications to sandwiches also being read back to me. Even the “as is” sandwiches were missing ingredients-one coworker ordered a BLT and just got bacon on her sandwich…others missing the veggies that come on it automatically…it was a mess. Only positive is today’s order went towards their donation to the Special Olympics.My sandwich was accurate and does taste great though (Philly cheesesteak w/lettuce on the rosemary parm bread)
The staff here is absolutely unnecessarily rude, incompetent, and terrible. Their poor service, made the already over-priced sandwiches not enjoyable. To make things worst, I overheard the staff complaining about having to clean the store due to an upcoming inspection. Like the basics... you mean to tell me you're not cleaning routinely to regulatory standards and only do so when you have an inspection? Absolutely disgusting! Do yourself a favor and avoid this location at all costs!
