This was the worst experience I’ve had at a hibachi restaurant. I have eaten here before with my family. Although the food is good it is not worth the wait. I’m very upset we had a reservation for 5:45 pm which was totally ignored and we had to wait 30 min. to get seated. By the time we received the soup and salad it was another 40min. . It was totally not worth the wait. The staff was very unorganized and did not compensate us for the wait. I will go somewhere else before I come back here again. I recommend you don’t even waste your time.
Take out is my go to here. Usually has a pretty long wait even on takeout. The food is on point 4 out 5 times you go. The busier the night the lower the quality of food iv experienced. Order ahead and pick up an hour after your expected pick up and you should be good lol.
Food is excellent, only reason we waited an hour past our reservation time. Would have received 5 Stars but you make a reservation for a reason and they should have at least bought us a drink for the hour wait past our reservation time to be seated.
The place was ice cold. The Pina colada was watery. One appetizers came 40 minutes later. The other about aborting hour later . Food was bland. The dessert was frozen. The waitress kept forgetting our food. My daughter entree came after I was done eating my meal. It was not a good experience.
Made reservations for Valentine’s Day a week and a half in advance. I gave my name and time, it seemed like everything was all set. My girlfriend and I show up and find 20 people in front of us who had “reservations” 30 minutes before us. This restaurant does not take reservations and I honestly will not go back after being lied to.
Me and my family had reservations for 5:45pm we still had to wait 30 min. We were seated at the table and they took another half hour before giving us the appetizers . The service is very poor and they are very disorganized. The food is good but not worth waiting.
We left 40 minutes after our reservation, after being told several times that we would be seated "in a few minutes" I had to ask several times for the cake they had put in the kitchen to be given back to us so we could leave. Repeatedly told to "be patient". Patience ran out, and we took my daughter's bday celebration to another location where we had a great time.
Outstanding hibachi grill, and wonderful local favorite for sit down dinner, lunch or takeout. Extensive menu including sushi, tempura, hibachi, and multiple vegetarian and vegan options. Great staff and owners, great service highly recommend
Absolutely delicious, professional and courteous. Clean, organized and a very positive environment.
I went with friends and was not looking forward to it due to a previous unhappy visit. This time it was for lunch. Lunch prices were reasonable and menu for lunch was limited although a full menu was available.Several raved about the avocado salad and I loved my Mango chicken.Waiter missed the mark.(We know to be patient) He took my rice away although I was still eating. Took my money and did not return my change until I asked at the desk. It was hard to ask questions about the menu items as he did not understand us.
