Our waitress who did not state her name asked us would we like drinks for our table in which we ordered 3 teas. We looked at her tag, since she didn't introduced herself and proceeded to order the follow below for 3 people:- scrambled egg white with white toast, avocado, and white toast- toasted Rye bread- spinach omelet without mushroom, side onion ringsAfter waiting for 47 minutes for our meal, my mother (senior) politely inquired to another waitress passing tag name Kelly, Did she see our waitress? Her response was curt and rude I am not your waitress and walked away. In which, my husband then requested to for a manager because of the tone in which she responded to mom. While waiting for the manager, our waitress Arielle came with our food and as she was placing the food down, my husband asked to speak with the manager. Arielle picked up our food and proceeded to go throw our food in the gray bin they use to throw out food. We were stunned because no one requested the food to be brought back... ESPECIALLY after waiting 20 minutes shy from waiting for an hour. The manager (was pleasant) Fernando came over. He politely asked how can be of service, in which my husband expressed the actions of Kelly towards our mother. After he finished, I requested if Arielle can come alongside Manager because I wanted to inquire why did she took the food away after putting on the table and we didn't request the food to be returned. Fernando request she come to the table. He asked to give her a few. When she came to our table in which her manager was present, I inquired, why did she take the food right after placing on table picked it up and throw it away? We didn't request for it to be returned. Arielle replied in an elevated and rude tone she assumed that we were requesting for the manager something was wrong with the food. I then stated but no one expressed something was wrong with the food. Futhermore, how can ee state something was wrong with the food in which no one partaked in? Arielle then pointed to her manager and said he is here now you can deal with him and walked away. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE BEHAVIOR.Arielle behavior was DESPICABLE, DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTING. IHOP is known for providing customer service and to display such mannerisms to the PAYING customers and supervisor is insubordination and degradin. g
Great friendly service despite the morning breakfast rush. Do expect a waiting line weekend mornings. Food is great tastes fresh and just like home.
Stopped in for breakfast today. The restaurant is spotless, the wait staff friendly and super attentive, and the food was delicious. Perfectly cooked hashbrowns, eggs exactly to order, and fluffy buttermilk pancakes. Highly recommend!!!
We enjoyed wonderful food and excellent service today at this I-Hop location. Kenneth Morell was our waiter. He was very warm friendlyand professional. He took our order - (memorized the whole order for four of us!) - brought everything quickly and checked on us promptly. We highly recommend visiting this I-Hop.
Had a great visit. My Family and I meet Kenneth who introduced himself to us. He made sure we had everything we needed and was very polite. Ihop should be proud to have such a nice person working for them. I hope the next time we go that we get to see him again and that his kindness is spread throughout the restaurant. Aslo the food was served in a very timely manner, was fresh, and priced well.
The food was well prepared and the waitress who attended us was on point. Checked in on us often and made sure we had anything we needed. The wait for the food was a bit long but nothing conversation among friends couldn't accelerate.
The food is incredibly good and well put together. However, the wait times can be ridiculous. Especially when the person working the front isn't there to do their job. You'll stand around for 15-20 mins.
Every time I go to IHOP they never put everything in the bag and every time I ask for something specific like putting the bacon and the eggs separate from the pancakes they don’t do it. They also never put the strawberries, bananas and syrup when getting the strawberry banana pancakes. I asked for 2 sausages they gave me 2 bacons and 1 sausage. The guy that was answering the phone didn’t understand anything I was saying, I constantly had to repeat myself and still got the order wrong. I used to could substitute the egg for hash browns with the build your own combo and then out of nowhere they said I couldn’t. The customer service is terrible.
Four out of four times on Doordash you missed the beverages. Pay better attention to beverage orders please. People need their coffee and OJ.
Nice location kind of a little busy. Dropped by at around 4:30 in the after noon. Driving through stopped and got some breakfast. Nice service and was nicely kept. Bathrooms were clean.
