Food was delicious and drinks were okay. We came in with a party of 12 and asked for 6 separate checks. As our checks came around we noticed several of the checks had the wrong items and the amount due was severely upcharged. We told management to please adjust the checks. As we waited, several of us noticed notifications popping up on your phones saying we got charged $117. One of the bills was $22... got charged $117. Another was for $82...got charged $117. This quickly prompted a loud discussion with management which eventually led us to being asked to leave. We waited out front until the correct receipts were given and refunds were issued. Some of the people in the party thought management was running a scam. I'm not one to make that assumption so I am not sure what was the case here. Overall the food was great, whiskey ginger was good, and the appearance was nice; Just have to be aware (guests) and be more proficient (management).
It was wonderful. The wait staff forgot us after our food was brought to the table, but we enjoyed each other's company and watching the light-bugs dance around. It was pretty empty and we sat outside and the food was amazing!
My wife and I came here for the first time and we were pleasantly surprised about how great the food and the service is, and the prices are reasonable. The atmosphere is also great, tvs everywhere. Will be dining here again!
They have good food, but delivery is absolutely horrible. At least 3 times they didn’t show. Today they showed in normal fashion, an HOUR late. At least they didn’t cancel my order, but I’d have cooked my own half baked food before ordering from here tonight. The food is cold, the restaurant led me on, and it turns out… the delivery driver was outside my house just refused to call me??Two stars only for food quality.Edit: never mind burger is soggy and it’s absolutely awful. Never ordering again, both my wife’s food and mine were ruined.Miraculously they managed to show up, when the delivery driver left over an hour ago. My wife’s sandwich and my burger were cold and ruined.
Rating is given compared to similar type (Applebee's or Chili's type) restaurants, but this place also gets a thumbs up for the outside deck beside a flowing stream. I may be addicted to the Bacon and Onion Burger. My biggest criticism would be that the music is a bit too loud. Fun place though with tasty food and great service.
I received mixed reviews before trying this spot, but I still decided to give them a try. The food is good. I have no complaints. I actually enjoyed it alot. The Perfect Storm Platter is great for an appetizer. It comes with Firecracker Shrimp, Boneless Wings, Mozzarella Sticks, & Garlic Parm Fries. They have a large variety of wing selection to choose from, as well as chicken, tacos, steak, and impossible burgers. The food isn't the problem. The service is horrible. The staff is not attentive. We ordered drinks, then ordered my appetizer. Some friends joined us, ordered drinks, and got their drinks before we did. I finished my appetizer, and the still the drinks never arrived. The bartender was playing with his phone, and talking to some girls, instead of paying attention to his job. We had to get the manager involved. The waiter wasn't any better. She was not attentive to our table, nor the table next to us. I can see if it was crowded, but it was pretty empty that night. They got to do better, or change management. Unacceptable!
I must say I can't even complain. This place was amazing. It reminded me of a little of being down in Florida by the decor. It definitely had a sports bar vibe with the everywhere. Another cool thing is some of the tvs had subtitles in spanish for their spanish customers. The food I ordered was absolutely good. The perfect storm I think it was called for starters was really good options. The wings were amazing. My waitress Kendra was dope she made sure we were good. Overall I'd definitely go back for sure to try other food options. One happy customer!
Traveling with work and decided to give it a try. Food was good. I had one of the burger’s and they cooked it to the correct temperature. The only issue I would say is their beer prices are insane. $5 for a michelob ultra draft and $7 for a Lagunitas draft (pint). Even BW3 offers a $4 tall draft. I believe that is the reason why they were dead. Only 7 people at the whole restaurant at 6pm. I would recommend to create a happy hour that drives traffic to your location. A couple appetizer deals and a beer special could get more traffic to your restaurant. People what to go to a place that is fairly busy.
Great food today, lunchtime wasn’t to busy
The food was delicious and we had such a great experience. It was my 1st time at the restaurant and my time there was amazing. I must say that our server Christian was very professional, sweet and was very Knowledgeable. He knew the menu from beginning to end and his suggestions were on point ?. The steak tacos were really good. I can't wait to go back again and I will recommend it to my friends and family.
