That Mexican Benedict eggs, with chorizo, was delicious ?, and their fresh orange juice is so silky. I'll go again.

From the food to the service, it's all amazing. The sweetest staff will make you feel right at home. Came here for breakfast on a weekend getaway, shortly before 9 am. Not very busy so you beat the rush (around 930 am it starts). I had the Mexican eggs Benedict and my fiance had the braised short rib tacos. AH-MAZING! We splurged and order a side of French toast...delectable. Coffee was fresh and comforting. Farm to table, even better, and they have vegan options. Highly recommend stopping in.
Went here for brunch on a Sunday. Waitstaff was friendly and had big hearts. Food was very solid, I had a steak benedict special and everything was spot on. Much more is made from scratch than I expected - owners clearly have a love for local.It's unpretentious on the outside but HS Cafe has soul. It's a breakfast/lunch spot you go to every Sunday with your friends until you're all old and cranky.
We went on Saturday around 1230pm. It was busy..sign of some good grub! I like it's small friendly setting with good food. They have fresh squeezed OJ! We had the chocolate chip waffle special (which by the way was 2 ) and I had mayo pesto BLTA. The waitstaff was efficient and courteous. Definitely go back to try other menu dishes and specials of day.
The burrito was shmack but the eggs need more seasoning. And the hash browns need to be changed completely. Service was ok. The pancakes where alright.
Food was good. OJ tasted fresh squeezed (not sure if it was) but it was good. The food was def good. Crunchy hash browns hit the spot for sure. Little pricey. Lots of pictures of fish on the walls tho..... Hmmm. Anyway the fish pictures shouldnt be a deterrent. Stop in for breakfast or lunch.
Good food. Just slow service. 1hr to get pancakes, sort of ridiculous.
Excellent.Blueberry pancakes are my breakfast of choice when out. These were the best in recent memory. Monica was also very attentive in checking on us.
