I always get onions in my burger when I never ask for onions. I get mushrooms on my burger and apparently 5 Guys thinks it’s okay to put the onions next to the mushrooms, not thinking that their employees won’t cross contaminate them and get a bunch of onions in the mushroom section. I understand it happens once in awhile but it’s gotten to the point where I have to specifically do them not to put onions on the burger and 1 or 2 still get on my food. Hire cleaner employees or move the onions away from the mushrooms. Food is good otherwise but this is just frustrating and ruins my burger.
We visited one evening during the week, and there were few people in the restaurant . We ordered burgers, fries, and grilled cheese for the kids. The fries were very good and fresh, delicious; the kids didn't reallycare for the grilled cheese. The burgers looked good and juicy, but strangely the flavor seemed a little lacking, a little flat.It wasn't a terrible experience, but we all agreed that it'll be a while before returning.
I go here regularly and 9 times out for 10 it is amazing. Its usually busy so the wait can be about 10-15 minutes since everything is made to order. Friendly staff, always clean and hot food.
Food is good. Dining in is hit or miss. Too many tables crowded together, especially around the pickup line, condiments, and fountain drinks.
It's really hit or miss with Five Guys. Sometimes their fries are perfectly crispy and delicious with just the right amount of salt, and sometimes they're a soggy, flavorless mess. Same with the burgers; Sometimes they're assembled beautifully, nicely cooked, packaged neatly, and then other times they're so greasy and sloppy that they're barely edible. Not to mention, sometimes the burgers get squished under the fries and beneath their own weight. It's hard with the social distancing and all, but if you take out, make sure you can eat your food asap. It's really not great if it sits in the bag too long.

Great food with options to set up the burgers, and if you've never been here before, just remember if you get fries they give you a lot at regular size. Also the bag gets loaded up besides the cup they come in. You can also get free peanuts as well.
Food is always good. They lost a star today because they put cheese on a bacon hamburger by mistake. They usually provide good and accurate service.
I don't know how these guys handle a rush so well, but having worked fast food myself, I applaud them for their fantastic service, and management as well for not understaffing.5 Guys is always the same no matter where you go, but the service at this locale is phenomenal given the foot traffic!
