Ordered a hot latte, got a cold latte. Ordered a hot bacon egg and cheese croissant, got an ice cold sausage egg and cheese croissant. Also there were 3 people working there when I showed up, but 2 of them decided they wanted boba tea so they walked out leaving one woman to complete my order. Might have contributed to my order getting messed up, maybe not
Only problem is no drive thru.

The staff was nice and helpful. The store was clean. I didn't have to wait for more than a minute. I was disappointed they didn't have the hot apple cider I wanted, but the hot chocolate was good.

Could not make a purchase. Associate whom I am assuming was the manager on duty was very disrespectful withing the 1st 2 min of walking in.while politely attempting to great and make my presence know. Was rudly and loudly yelled at "what! I am doing something!" in response to a "hi". After a 3 hour drive this is very heart breaking not to get my favorite Dd fix.
The quality of the coffee has improved, and the customer service always very good

Employees here- 3 on a Wed morning around 10am. All 3 Were Awesome, Fast and Friendly, which seems hard to come by in coffee shops& convenience stores. These 3 genuinely made my morning great. Thank you Dunkin @ Corner of 300&32, town of Newburgh.
