Ghetto & rude staff, women at the Window can be heard saying “it’s too early for this” when i asked for extra cups for a box of joe purchased, $1 per extra cup!! Ridiculous. When i asked for regular sugar opposed to Splenda the manager was then rude about how the bags are pre prepped. Don’t care didn’t ask, just needed the right amount of cups & sugars. Just a terrible customer experience first thing in the morning

Went into day and was screamed at by nasty middle aged Caucasian worker that my mask wasn't good enough. NY mandate says a face covering it can not/ does not specify what type of face covering nor is a mandate a law. The worker was beyond rude and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
First off after all of this they had no donuts. It was 11:00. Horribly slow inefficient drive thru. We were in line for 20 min, finally arrived at order speaker and had no answer. We waited as long as we could with people waiting behind us then just pulled up to the window. We were told we couldn't place an order at the window bc of store policy and they told us to go in and we had to wait in line again. I find it impossible to believe they couldn't have just taken my order for just one coffee at the window. This whole situation was ridiculous, in no universe should you have to wait half an hour for one Dunkin' donuts coffee
Poor organization and management. Orders always messed up or coffee is burnt.
Busy. There medium caramel craze iced Latte with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar is the MVP.
I went to the door to go in both doors were locked no signs on the door so I left was very unhappy

Both bathrooms closed, hand sanatizer empty, frozen caramel was sour, hot maple bacon sandwich had a slice of cold unmelted cheese.
