Went in to get a dozen doughnuts for my daughter, There was 1 person if front of us getting coffee, we waited for them to put in their order and pay, this took a few minutes we were next in line , no one else in the store 3 people working behind the counter. we stood at the register for over 5 minutes and no one came to take our order or even say be right with you , so we walked out and bought nothing and wasted our time. very poor customer service. never been a problem here before.
8am and "out of" hot chocolate!? It's the main reason we like DD - theirs is the best! Place seemed clean. Only ones here so I guess it doesn't get busy- awkward way to get into parking lot. Only one person working (and a Sunday) - so they touch food and money and equipment at same time. Probably why no hot chocolate- they didn't make it. Maybe they are better later in day...
Order went smooth. They could use one more person but you have to do with what you got and treat these service workers with respect.
I've been to this DD a few times. I will say that all three visits had issues. Extremely long wait times. Mistakes happen. But three for three on mistakes? They did correct them, but that made for more wait time. I find this location is also not the easiest to get in and out of either.To be fair, I'm not saying this DD is bad. Only that I have had the misfortune of having issues on every visit. I may just have been unlucky.
One of the nicest, brightest Dunkin' Donuts I've ever been in. The young man (who I think could be the manager) was kind, polite and patient. I watched him training a new employee and thought "What a lucky guy to be trained by someone so very nice, thorough and patient."And I was double lucky to arrive when they still had Chocolate-filled Bavarian cream donuts. Yum-my!!!!
Grabbed a hot sausage, egg, and cheese croissant and a great cup of coffee on my way into work. Service was great and the people were very pleasant.
The cashier was clearly overwhelmed and rude...mumbling, distracted, etc. Thankfully the young woman making food helped out but the wait was long with a bad attitude from the start of our interaction. I hope he has a better day soon.

I love this location and all the ppl that work there are very nice. There is one employee there who even though she is incredibly sweet she consistently screws up my orders. On one occasion I asked for a sausage egg and cheese got bacon. Today 10.12.21 around 11:30 used the drivethru, I asked for a hazelnut latte and got a macchiato Carmel swirl. It’s as though she doesn’t comprehend English. I said hazelnut 3 times. The last time I ended up with a comp sandwich as a result of her screw up. Safe to say she needs some more training, should have someone shadow her while she works the drivethru and listen to what ppl are ordering. I worked at D&D's while in high school at $6 per hr as a kid I loved working there and my coworkers wanted to work with me because I drew in good tips, at $ 15 they should be more on point, its not hard.
placed a mobile order for a drink, a bagel and hash browns here and waited 30 minutes for it. workers had an attitude and told me that i should’ve let them know i was waiting. they lied & said they called my name 3 times when i was standing by the pick up area the whole time. they said they didn’t make my order because they were out of the type of bagel i ordered. extremely slow service. several people walked in and walked back out.
