I went to dunkin donuts on north plank road on Sunday night at 9:15pm. It was the worst customer service ever, the guy that was working he act like i was bothering him or disturbing him while taking my order. He kept rolling his eyes and breathing hard, like I was taking too long ordering. Never said thank you or anything. He doesn't need to be in customer service. Very rude!!! And by the way im a regular customer. Shame on you young man...
Quick and efficient service. Orders were made quickly and correctly.

I only go to this Dunkin because it's the closest one to my house but I won't be coming back. The problems are never ending. I can count on my hand the times I have had a GOOD experience.Today's mess up could cost someone else health problems. Luckily I'm not allergic/or lactose intolerant and just PREFER almond milk. Get new employees, cause no matter what time of day I go there's a mess up.
Just love this place, my order is always so good and the employees are very nice
