Took over 20 minutes at the window to get 2 iced coffees. Inside all employees are visible and on their phones laughing and having a good time. Cars behind us are beeping. I have to resort to knocking on the drivethru window and they just look at me and wave their hands. Insanely bad experience. Hard to believe that store functions at all, with that level of incompetence I can only imagine how dirty it must be.
Thieves! Be careful with your debit cards, a Dunkin’s employee in newburgh used customer debit cards to go shopping. SMH!
Came inside to order since the line for drive through was very long. The employee took my order, and then took two other customers order after me. I waited as she made the other two customers coffee first and THEN another customer came in and she made their coffee too. I then questioned if she was going to make my coffee which she then questioned what my order was.
Robinson Ave, Newburgh NY, the worse Dunkin’ Donuts, food horrible, coffee taste like water, and the service is horrible, never gets orders correctly, and there mannerisms need to be taught!!!!!, keep thinking it will change but it doesn’t

Dunkin definitely is not like the good old Dunkin Donuts....Remember when they made the donuts right in the stores. Not anymore....long lines/waits at the drive through, so-so quality on the food, and staff isn't as friendly as they once used to be. The most disappointing is the price of everything. Far too expensive. Would rather go to McDonald's for my $1.08 coffee....which is just what I'm going to do....after I shut down my Dunkin app.
This Dunkin donuts is great and it has amazing service and food and drinks like the white cheddar bagel twist or the Vanilla Chai Spice Latte.
I was there the other morning and they had ran out of muffins and out of most donuts. The girl said that, that was it for today.....Very busy.
