There service and food was impeccable. Flavor all over. I recommend this place.

Food was great. Service sucked. The waiters talk amongst themselves so much, that the lack of attention to its customers was horrible. I asked for a take out box 15 minutes later, I had to interrupt. I was told, I was preparing. Preparing what? So now you make homemade take-out boxes. For Real. Never going back, because I hate to leave tips if you suck at your job.
Went here to celebrate my Son's Birthday, food was great, unfortunately, I filled up on appetizers before my food came out, lol. I had a few bites of my Cajun Pasta, and finished it the next day. Grandson raved about the boneless buffalo wings and he is very picky. Kids have a nice selection off the kid's menu, plus they had a Kids eat Free with the purchase of an entree special, so great on the budget! Another grandson had the kid's pizza, he ate every bit, including the crust, but when asked, he said he liked Applebee's pizza better, but he also said the school pizza was the best! Wait staff was friendly and fast! Chili's is a good option for variety, price and good food! ??️?
Was disappointed to find an old dirty mop smell as soon as you come in. Men’s urinals also have not been cleaned probably since last year. Anyway, I always enjoy the food but the staff messed up my order and by the time the missing items arrived my entree was cold. Don’t usually complain instead I hope they work on this so I don’t have to drive to Poughkeepsie to enjoy my usual.
The food was just okay. The service started out good and took a fast dive. I had never been to Chili's but my husband had. I am vegan and was surprised to find very little on the menu that I could eat. I ended up getting rice, beans, steamed broccoli and corn tortillas. The broccoli was cold and dried out. The tortillas were also cold and cracked when I used them. I would have asked for them to be warmed but the server didn't come back until we were nearly done. I was still hungry so I ordered another serving of rice beans and requested that the tortillas be warmed. They were. I'm not a fan of chain restaurants in general but really expected there to be more options for me. I will not go back.
As a DoorDasher I like to present my customers with clean food not food where the sauces have been poorly tossed in there thus busting open due to the careless employees.
Amazing again. Micheal is awesome at the bar. Ordered it through DoorDash and it sucked but consistently when we come in to the bar Micheal gets it right.
Don't sit near the windows in the winter. You can feel the cold area. Food was nothing to write home about but not terrible. The fries were warm but the tacos were cold. Server was nice. Avoid the corn - it tasted old and flavorless.
The service at the Newburgh location is absolutely horrible. Only reason I leave 2 stars is bc food was good. Went in for dinner with my wife and daughter. Ordered drinks no straws…Ordered appetizer wound up having to eat with our fingers…no silverware til 5 minutes after meal was served. To boot ordered extra appetizer waiter said will be out in 5 min….Never came. Part of one of the meals was missing certain things. When I went to address my concern with the hostess she could have cared less! I guess this day in age this is what the new norm for customer service is about! Guys better step your game up!
