Best gyros in town
I love the gyros
This casual restaurant, opened in 1985, looks somewhat rundown inside but the food was very good. Their website states they're a "Newburgh landmark." The walls are covered with pictures of Newburgh. The owner at age 86 still comes to work & bakes desserts! Our waitress was friendly & helpful. After I asked, she recommended which gyro to order. I had a cup of the Greek Lemon Chicken Soup & a Traditional Gyro with homemade "sadziki sauce," both tasty. The homemade pita though may have been the best I've ever had! FYI, they serve breakfast all day & have parking. FYI, I took off 1/2 a star, rating it 4 & 1/2, rounded up to 5*, only because the restroom (which really could have used an update) needed a cleaning...

Family run restaurant with great service. We normally visit for breakfast, but they have a good selection of choices beyond that. Their Gyros are the best in town.

We are from Nh returning home from the SouthWe were looking for a quick bite to eatThis food was fantastic!!!We had the chicken pot pie and Greek soup with lemonand salad. We will be stopping here on our next trip !!Waitress was a Joy!!!
