I’d recommend probably going for pickup, because sadly the driver doesn’t have gps so it took about an hour to get my food and I waited outside for 20 minutes a block away to make things easier but I can’t blame him. I live on a weird hidden street in new Rochelle but god the pizza was SOOOOOO GOOOD and the wings really impressed me, was definitely worth it and the pizza itself looked really pretty out the box and it had very little grease! Crust is also delicious!
Clearly a family run place who cares about what they do. Nice (husband & wife) couple i think helped me out last night. Accidentally ordered pizza to a Venecias in the Bronx. When I arrived they did not have the order (obviously), they instantly offered to make it for me & got it out quickly & efficiently. Will definitely get food from here again— Very Nice Customer Service Experience & food was very tasty.
Placed order for 1 Meatball sub and Chicken fingers w/ FF. Received a half meatball sub with the other half of order complete. Called back to establishment to inform them of their error and was told that the young woman whom took my order had made a mistake and placed order for a half sub. This was not what I ordered, but since I wasn't charged for a full sub, I could place another order for the other half.This just totally sucks., when I order clearly and concisely to the person on other end of phone, I expect my order to be correct. If the establishment chooses to use personnel to answer phones with very little command of english, then they are responsible for any/all errors made by that employee.Ultimately I'm dissatisfied with the customer service but have never been dissatisfied with their quality of food.
I ORDERED AN EXTRA LARGE PIE WITH SAUSAGE WHICH STATES ON "SLICE" APP AS $22. WHEN THEY PIZZA ARRIVED IT WAS ONLY A LARGE PIE. CALLED AND THEY SAID I DIDNT PAY FOR AN EXTRA LARGE I PAID FOR A LARGE. I EXPLAINED THAT THE APP SAYS A EXTRA LARGE SAUSAGE PIE IS $22. HE REFUSED TO HEAR ME OUT AND JUST HUNG UP ON ME. BEWARE THEY ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE ON THEIR PRICES!
Poor customer service, mediocre pizza…. Update. Just to be clear on my experience. I went in for pizza and the man behind the counter was talking on his cell phone with his mask off. I place my order and he takes the pizza and puts it in the oven while continuing his maskless conversation, breathing and projecting particles all over the food. Then I observed him to wipe his face with his bare hand on multiple occasions while continuing his maskless convo just before going to take my pizza out of the oven. I politely asked him to put his mask on and was his hands and he got rude, defensive and aggressive with me. I graciously still paid for the pizza but should have refused it. Have your staff do better please.
I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS PLACES AGAIN.

Loved the vegetarian pizza..?We had spinach, broccoli, onions,olive,tomatoes mushrooms and green peppers...it was delicious..and the price was great.Thumbs up!
