I don't understand why every time I go there at night they can never fulfill my order I am always missing items How is that possible I live all the way im Mt. Vernon and For me to go back to get food that they forgot thats not right. The staff needs to be retrained the last time I was there they forgot half of my whole order I spent $55 And they only got 7 tacos in my bags when it should of been 18 tacos

I just left the drive through. Supposedly this location closes at 3..I just got off a 5 hour flight and arrived at 1:40am..One gentleman was getting ready to take my order but someone in the background said “No No No, we’re closed!” Mind you it’s 1:40 am and they close at 3..I asked why and he proceeded to say they need to clean the grill…I understand that can take time but if you close at 3 you don’t clean the grill at 1:40..I would say do something about the overnight staff because clearly they are lazy but I won’t be coming back.

I just hate when things only offered for a short time in stores. Overall I love the food taste. As the chiwawa dog from the 90’s commercial “YO QUERO TACO BELL!” enjoy… ;)

Probably the worst fast food restaurant I have ever been to . Over half hour wait time for three combos , the restaurant is filthy , every table is dirty and the floor is a mess . Not to mention the constant beeping from some machine that never seems to go off . I thought it was an off day when we came last week after my child’s appointment, but clearly this is the regular condition of this particular location . Not one person has left with food in 15 minutes as we are still waiting for our order .

So poorly managed. Maybe manager was MIA because no-one could be ok with what's happening and the respect to the customers. Workers standing around and so many people waiting on line. I ordered on the App and when I got to the drive thur they made me walk inside to get my food after waiting on line for 15 minutes then waited 10 minutes inside to get the food. Unfortunately for a "Fast Food" restaurant 20 minutes to get my food has been my standard at this place. They are sooo lucky my son loves taco bell and they are very c close to me or I would never be here again

4/6/22 drive thru took at least 30 minutes. Designed in such a way that you can’t bail out without destroying your car. I will only go to the Port Chester location from here on out. This isn’t the first time it’s been slow here, but this is CRAZY slow.

The manager here is so disrespectful,rude and mean to the core. She does not do the food right and when we didn't like our order and wanted our refund she said we had to wait 30mins to get it. The corporate is no better. Taco bell fell way off. I love taco bell but the sucking right now. They need to step their game up on customer service for real. Nasty attituded manager at this location in New Rochelle.

The manager was very rude. My mother asked when the food was going to be ready and he just shrugged and walked away as my mom called after him. Keep in mind we were being very polite to him.

Store is filthy, I’m writing this as I am waiting for an order. I am adding photos, this is just the soda machine behind the counter. If this is so dirty imagine what’s going on in the back. Gross and needs thorough cleaning.

We ate in and afterwards decided to take food home for other family members. The food was good with great combo choices. The parking was good with lots of parking spaces but the service was extremely slow. Even though the location had practically no customers. Your best bet is to use the Taco Bell App which allows you to track your food prep progress. This way you don't have to sit there waiting.
