Awful service. Shame on you Scarsdale for having such horrible employees. I went through the drive thru for quick service and wound up waiting 30 minutes for an ice coffee which they gave me the wrong order and forgot my chocolate croissant and had to get out of my car anyway to go inside to get. Totally defeated my purpose. Upon entering the store not one person asked to help me the employee was texting on his phone and didnt even stop to look up at me. Never will I go here again.Still no one answers the phone after all this time

Starbucks has become absolute trash in recent years. I'm not going to hate on the underpaid workers - this isn't their fault. The entire franchise/company is the problem. Starbucks is constantly out of ingredients no matter where you go and then they have the audacity to charge you $8-10 for a "coffee" that tastes so bad that you have to throw it out.
Coffee is overpriced and the drive thru is painfully slow no matter what time you get there.
This location they are rude the tables outside are filthy the bathrooms are clean
The people who work at this location are outstanding they stay till the last minute of closing time and greet you with a smile the bathrooms are clean
BE PREPARED TO WAIT. THEY'RE SLOWER THAN A TORTOISE IN A K-HOLE.

I can’t express how angry I am about HOW LONG the drive thru takes!!! Today was definitely by far the longest I’ve had to wait for 2 pink drinks as well as bacon gruyere egg bites. I left at like 10:50 AM and just got home now at 11:59 AM. The line goes almost out of the Golden Horseshoe. It’s ridiculous!!!! I have extremely low patience and I hate things that take forever at the pace of a snail. It should just be order, pick up, boom. Not sitting in line for 20 minutes to an hour. No. The baristas even gave me a refund card. If there’s a way to make this service faster, please do so. I’m sorry if I sound rude, I’m just very frustrated. The slowness is just BS, and defeats the purpose of a drive thru!
