Workers get easily frustrated when to many orders come in at once. Need better organization skills
Ordered a coffee with vanilla in it off of Uber from this location and they gave me hazelnut. I order this every time I get Starbucks so I know what vanilla is supposed to taste like. I’m just glad I don’t have an allergy but imagine if I did. Just wish you guys would be more careful

The drinks are very inconsistent. I can order the same thing 3 days in a row & have a different taste every time. Its very frustrating especially when spending the amount of money that I do with starbucks. Also staff is extremely slow. Most people order ahead so that they will not have to wait & almost every time, Im still waiting Smh. Let’s not forget the “manager”, short black guy with locs, Is very rude & dismissive.They need to get it together!
Went there during the evening, loved the workers and service they provided compared to other Starbucks Ive been to. I give them 5 stars due to this rude young man who harassed one of the workers and personally, they didn't deserve that. Will continue to come here more often.AKA left a 20$ tip
I Honestly think this Starbucks Deserves 5 stars for the baristas that took care of me Today which was Joe and Francis. Joe was working the cash register and Francis the Bar. The flow from the cash register to the bar was amazing even my food and drink. Nobody has ever made my drink the way I like but Francis did! This is why I will keep coming to this location that you To the Team At Wykagyl!! I appreciate it so much!!
Ordering was the easy part . But the woman here aren’t considerate at all . I had to basically chase Zoe around the counter when I had a question about a drink I ordered .. she completely ignored me until I raised my voice .. not happy with my drink.(After they Suggested it because they didn’t have what I wanted) . I had some questions & would’ve paid to change it but I’m turned off completely by this location. Maybe I was invisible. Smh . I paid for extra caramel and crunch . I understand it’s a topping but it spilled all over and I got barely anything as they sprinkled vastly over my whipped cream. When I asked for more she had an attitude.
Expensive coffee but pretty good service
The best staff on the planet! They always make sure you’re being attended to, unlike many other Starbucks in the area. They remember your name if you’re a regular! Always a pleasure to stop in for my morning coffee (with lots of espresso!) before heading to work.
Fast service, friendly staff, clean restroom - just what you'd expect from a Starbucks.
