If you buy gift cards they are confused and you must wait when ordering drinks the line is long but goes fast nice people nice place

Literally the rudest Starbucks. I go here almost every day (was). Today my card had a chip malfunction and wasn't working. They were so quick to grab the drink from my hand. It's a 3$ green tea, I have no problem coming back to pay for it. When I told the lady in front that I would never come back here, she did not care one bit. Extremely rude don't care about customers at all.
Workers not even at the counter taking orders. Had an attitude because she had to do her job. Just close this location if you don’t want to serve people. Or hire a new team.

My family went to the nearby Dragon Beaux for Father's Day for lunch. The wait was extremely long so we wandered into this cafe to grab some drinks as we waited. The interior of the cafe is photogenic, San Francisco, clean, etc. We ordered the Birthday Cake Latte, and an original hot chocolate with almond milk.
