The chicken is very good, but the service is very slow and disoriented.. Gotta have at least 15 minutes of wait time to get your food here. Even if it's only 2 people in line.. And I've been here a hand full of times and it's always slow service.
They need better management. Service is not consistent. It's fast food not slow food. I find myself going to Bay Plaza location more often than New Rochelle because the service is quicker . On the plus side though, I was able to get fresh chicken made because I only wanted spicy legs and thighs.
Literally the WORST Popeye's in America, every single time you go through the drive-through they screw you, they leave out at least one item and never give sauces, you try to check or ask and they give you dirty looks and hurry you along so you can't check the bag and just tell you everything is in there. Literally every single time, I will never visit this Popeye's EVER AGAIN.
The night shift in this store is terrible,they said do mot have the items,so they just spent the shift in the smartphone
I ordered a 20 piece family combo and the chicken had NO SEASONING and the fries were cold and soggy! I called the store about it and the woman who thought she put me on hold was talking about me to the other workers and then proceeded to put me on hold for 10 minutes after realizing that I heard her. I will NEVER be back here! The absolute WORST Popeyes in NY I wish I could put zero stars!
I've been here before but I guess the cold weather made a difference. I ordered my good and when she gave me my drink it was dripping with orange soda so I asked for a napkin to clean it. And when I drove off I found that I had no straw and that napkin was the only napkin I received besides the little one with the fork.As Leo Gettz said in Lethal Weapon. Don't go to the drive in because you always get F'd when you do?????
Be patient; great fried chicken, with special deals too. But they’re often short-staffed especially around peak meal time (not the staff’s fault). Be patient and find something to read or watch on your phone, and consider placing your order ahead of time on the app.
Went to this popeyes today. Ordered a 12pc TENDER family meal. When we got home to enjoy our chicken, we were greeted by a 12pc wing meal, with a FEATHER sticking out of one of the wings. Promptly returned food, got refund and never going back. Horrific quality control and horrific service.
Service was good but the food wasn't. Purchased a Spicy Chicken Sandwich and bit into more chicken cartilage/gristle. Threw the sandwich away YUCK!!!
What can one say about Popeyes, just freaking delicious. That's not a fast food restaurant, that's good food done fast. McDonald's, Burger King, please, gimme a break.
