I lived in New Rochelle for 12 years and one of my favorite spots is Patsy’s. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s by the water, they have a private room for parties, and parking on the premises. The food is delicious, the drinks are strong and the desserts are yummy! If you’re ever in NewRo stop by Patsy’s and tell the Kathy sent you. ?

We just had a very pleasant meal. The appetizers were good, the entrees were tasty and the staff was excellent. Our only complaint with Patsy's is they just wave the bottle at your cocktail. Have wine instead.
The pizza ? was amazing. We spent one day in this town. An it was very difficult to find great place for breakfast. I really recommend the Patsy's pizzeria.The interior of the room is very cozy. The staff are very nice and polite. The location adds a special charm to this place. All food was delicious, especially the pizza.
I really never have a negative enough experience to write a review but I figured to share this one because I am not very happy. My fiancée and I called to book our joint bridal shower here. We were told we needed 50 people to book the private room to have for ourselves. We only had 40 people, and spent time to build our list up to 50 people to meet the threshold of 50 people. Then, we emailed the restaurant to book the private room, and nobody answered us. Finally, we called and were told that it is actually 60 people for the private room. We explained that we were told 50 people, and their response is that it “just changed recently.” Then they had the audacity to ask if we still wanted to book with them. This was a pretty classless move on their part and we will never eat here again, and obviously we did not book the party with them.
I have dined here and had parties at Patsy's so I am familiar with the food. Always an excellent meal and the addition of Chix Scarpariello pizza was so different and outstanding flavor. Parties I attended and hosted have always been fabulous. The food great and the staff went above and beyond. They must treat their staff well, it shows, as they are genuinely happy and willing to go the extra mile. Guests at the parties go out of their way to express their appreciation for the great food and service. We are having another event in November and I expect it to be well attended and food and service the best
When I ordered the lobster over pasta dish, I didn’t get any lobster - just the shell and an outrageously small piece of lobster meat. Which means, that my final bill for a plain pasta dish was around $40. $40 for a pasta dish with sauce. Let that sink in.
