Very disappointing ordered 2 items and metro waited until it was time to be delivered to call and tell me 1 of the items is not available. So... no dinner for Me...Thanks metro no more orders for u
I've been ordering from them for a while and tonight I try to order as always on their own website but it says that they're closed.I call them and they tell me to order for, or with Uber or else.Why would I order them the same items and pay $15 more...No more free deliveries, $5 Uber fee, every pizza are $2 to $4 more expensive but the quality is the same.I live In New-Rochelle btwBad business decision!I will order form another restaurant.
I’m for cleanliness and I had a bad experience today with the staff touching nose and food, No hand washing after handling things in the facility.Also not wearing a mask.
Service is weak at best but pizza is excellent thin not doughy definitely for white people!
This place is so accommodating. I brought my own (tofu) linguini pasta and asked if they would substitute it for the pasta that came with my meal. They were happy to do this for me and it was delicious.
We’ve been ordering from Metro for maybe 10 years, and still their pizza is the best in the area for us! I also love the garlic broccoli rabe either with pounded chicken breast or with pasta. Mesclun salad, chicken fingers and fries, bolognese, all are great. I’ve ordered their party trays too! Now I live nearby and love walking buy just to grab a quick bite. In all pizza places, it’s best to order the pie and not by slice. But we’ve gotten the slice and we liked it too!
Found this gem on the way home, late night , Super Random!! My girl was in the mood for pizza so we stopped at Metro. Awesome experience. The food was great. The customer service was amazing. Really nice people. So happy we decided to pull over and grab a bight. 5 ?? ? ? ?
