UPDATE: 5/17/22: Received a follow-up from the General Manager and I'm happy to see that they have placed customer satisfaction at the forefront and addressed this issue. I decided to order mozz. sticks and a pie tonight and this time, recieved delicious, warm, and yummy food. NEW PHOTOS ADDED*____________________________________________Food tastes good compared to other pizza shops on North Ave, but I'm usually disappointed by the service. After being told to wait 10 min, I received cold, stale pizza and undercooked mozarella sticks. Looks like refrigerated leftovers. Not worth going back anymore.
So first of all the food is great! ( takes a bit, but hey good food does) - this review is for the staff. Trinity in particular, has made my experiences ordering so pleasant that I ordered twice in one week. Jason ( the driver) happened to forget my soda, and I called trinity just to see if I can have it put back on my card and she did, but the best part is, Jason took it upon himself to bring it back to me when he realized he forgot it!! Even if the food was mediocre ( which it ABSOLUTELY IS NOT) , staff like this makes me want to continue to come back. Nick, keep up the great job with excellent food, and choices in your hiring staff!! Promote Trinity to manager! Lol! I mean it! Thanks guys! :)
Service was excellent and very accommodating. Appeared very clean. Would've given five stars but the chicken parm was very thin. The marinara sauce was delicious.

Food is good, but I have NEVER had a delivery order that was delivered correctly. Last 4 times items were left out! When you call & tell them they are totally unapologetic and make no effort to get the omitted items to you quickly. Staff is absolutely terrible. Food is pricey, so the hassle isn’t worth it.
There was some technical difficulties with ordering through the seamless app but I received a few phone calls from the restaurant ( I couldn't answer because I was at work). My voicemails explained everything. I appreciate the nice gestures and words. I will order again.

The food was ok the waiter forgot to give us bread forgot about our food and told us he was busy. Customers that arrived after us received their food. The waiter kept apologized numerous times but enough is enough. They had young kids running the location. The place does look clean and nice, it's just the waiter
Their grandma pie is amazing! So full of flavor. Get it you won’t regret it
