Hours said open until 6pm. We got there at 4:56pm and they were locking the door. No sign or communication as to why. Very disappointing.
Just used the rest room while I was waiting for my coffee. NO toliet paper but to top it off NO HAND SOAP to wash my hands. I inform the lady behind the counter and her reply was yeah I know. I said so none of the employees that are touching our food wash their hands with soap, that's disgusting and her reply again was, yeah I know. Seriously with COVID and everything going around they think that's ok? Never again will I go to this Dunkin donuts, gross ???
Bad service ? I bought a chocolate croissant and it was Hard like a stone ? and they said it was fresh and they didn't change it to me ? only warmed it, I paid money for that it's not CHARITY
We love this place the coffe is very good and now they have the grilled cheese omg is so yummy I love when they thing about the customers we go a lot just to buy voice and the grilled cheese ?
Was surprisingly busy. But beverages were ice cold as ordered and the food was hot.
Visited this morning to pick up an online order and experienced a terrible customer service.The staffs here need to be trained or let go.Two of the staffs were busy chatting when I announced my presence and informed I have an order to pick up (hi, I have an order to pick up).They didn’t bother to greet and instead pointed towards the bags of online order that I can find and pick my order. Based on my order, I guessed the bag and was reaching for that and suddenly both the staff started yelling from far and asking what’s my name.This didn’t make any sense as they wanted me to pick the order to begin with. So, I asked why would you want to know my name, just because I am picking up the biggest bag? The dark Asian lady told me that how would she know if I am not Uber eats! Nothing made sense unless they racially profiled me.I would never visit this place ever. By the way, I guessed the right bag to begin with.
Worst Dunk’n I’ve ever been to. Please retrain the staff on how to properly make coffee. It’s become worse over time. There are hardly any donuts. It takes the 3pm guy forever to prepare 1 simple cup of coffee. The last cup didn’t even taste like coffee. Absolutely horrible. I’m not going back unless I hear from someone else that you fixed the problem. You have a great location and could be making a great profit. What a waste.
If you want to have your day ruined, go to this Dunkin. I am an avid coffee drinker and was told that I didn’t know how I liked my coffee. This Dunkin has some of the worst customer service and rudest employees I’ve ever experienced. We politely told them that the two iced coffees we ordered were missing the sugar and flavoring we ordered and the employees complained when we asked them to add it. The only way I would suggest this Dunkin is if you want to get your order wrong and be told you don’t know how you like your coffee.
Stale donuts never go again
The Custimer service in this Dunkin’ continues to be atrocious. I went in at 7am Saturday morning. There were 3 people besides me there one sitting, one waiting for food, and one who just ordered. The girl who took my order, never greeted me, good morning/how can I help? Nothing, just a blank stare. I ignored her lack of manners and gave my order. I sat down to eat. Before I left I wanted to order a bagel twist warm, which appears on the menu and I can find at every other Dunkin’ I’ve ever been to. Again, she did not greet me or ask for my order, just stared blankly, until I gave order, then she quickly snaps at me that they don’t carry that. I said, oh it appears on your menu, her response “I don’t control the monitors’ I asked further: so are you just out for now or you never carry them? Again, as if I had 5 heads, she snaps, we never carry them. I then said what’s with your attitude? She claimed I gave one to her! Lol unbelievable. She was literally looking for a fight. That’s how I felt. She said barely anything to me then when make did she was obnoxious and lacked any sort of basic customer service skills. I called the store number to leave message for the owner, the phone only rang. This Dunkin habitually staffs individuals who have no concern r customer satisfaction. Ugh
