I've been coming for years and when they had a male manager he had a guy named Sam working there who did great job ever since new lady became manager I don't see Sam anymore and there coffees are disgusting seen roaches in location and dead fly in my coffee then my bagel had been burned and black. Never giving this place any more of my hard earned money. They don't care and it's just new people who don't care

Honestly I don’t understand all these horrible reviews why don’t we speak upon rude customers? I went there today to order an ice coffee and the manager was nice and polity while a customer just rudely gave attitude over an items that’s not even part of the summer. Like come on. She held herself and I give it up to her because honestly some of YOU customers are so rude and unnecessary to people that are simply doing there job. I honestly love this atmosphere they are so nice. I wish I could give more then a 5 star, I will keep coming.
I go to this place all the time i don’t live in NY anymore but i still come here every time i get the chance to be here , love the environment and great coffee <3

I was waiting for 20 minutes & never got my order. The lady making the food had an attitude & didn’t make my order over. She gave it to the wrong person & acted like it’s my fault. I will stick to North Ave.
I placed my order thru the app upon getting there I find they ran out of ingredients so my order wasn’t ready. I placed the order around 11am got to the store around 1130ish they ran out of almond milk nor did they have oat milk. Then I find out they ran out of the avocado spread so I had to get something else. By then I was just ready to go and upon getting home I looked at my donuts just to see that they just gave me whatever despite me customizing them thru the order. Will not be a store id visit again.
I dread going to this location and ONLY do when I'm in a position where time and convenience are priority. This location just does not have their management and processes in order. App orders are unlabeled so when you arrive to the location neither you NOR THEY know what orders are sitting on the counter. Employees are too busy having side conversations that they aren't communicating with each other on their job and failing customer service. More often than not I observe them having to redo orders because it's incorrect from what a customer (including myself) have ordered and having to discard the original. Corporate waste of product. $$$$ My favorite though is the never failing nasty looks I get when I order my "large cold brew black", and it comes out brown (thus with some dairy) and they make me feel like I'm the bad customer. I order it from the app. It's printed for them to read. How am I in the wrong? Slow service and incorrect order is so expected for this location that it's a common joke in the area when talking about it. A neighbor of mine who lives in walking distance of the location gets on the closest interstate to go to a further location just to avoid this one. I go to 646 North Ave. How is another location a mile away A+ but this one is lower than an F rating? I'm giving one star because Google won't let me give less. Dunkin Corporate, please address.
I was their waiting about 10 minutes for someone to take my order. The workers was too busy entertaining one of their friend who was a customer waiting for her order.I couldn't wait any more so I left, I would not recommend this place they don't care about customers.
