I've been going to this Carvel since I was a kid. I get all my birthday ice cream cakes here. You are either a bakery cake birthday person or an ice cream cake person?. Great ice cream, shakes, cakes, there is some seating and it does get busy during the summer months as would any ice cream store in the peak season. Parking lot is small but don't usually have an issue. The staff is nice and attentive to getting customers handled quickly.

I been going to this Carvel since high school. In the last couple years the service went downhill, I just had my last transaction with this particular location! I won't say I will never patronize Carvel ever again but it won't be this location. They are all individually owned under the franchise. I made my selection over FaceTime. The person who was actually doing the purchase apologize repeatedly as the worker seemed annoyed. Plus his English isn't completely fluent. The employee put kid scoops in a small cup. I should of got the kids size and paid the kids price. So done!
Great service from a employee named Aracely but the ice cream is to cold

It was beautiful & they had accommodations for Children to keep them occupied as well
