There was a wait 20 minute due to lack of staff on mothers day. The staff was friendly and the food was good. Prices were reasonable and it is wheelchair accessible. There is a parking garage a few feet across the restaurant. I would recommend this place.
Great Menu Selection & Portions.The Classic Combo. Appetizers is plentiful to start off with & scrumptious. The restaurant decor is awesome with flat screen tv's to view while eating.
Straight trash!!! Went here A few nights ago and got the worst experience ever! There was a line of people just standing there, no host or anything. The manager super unprofessional didn’t even care. The waiter cursing and unprofessional. The entire staff seemed to stay inside of the kitchen. Customer’s came inside waiting an absurd amount of time before leaving. I do not recommend this place to anyone.
This is my second bad experience at an Applebees establishment. My waiter was overworked which cause him to be a bit rude to my family and I as we told him he forgot my sister’s whole meal and my child’s drink. He stated “its a lot going on right now, its coming” in a certain tone that was not friendly. Ive worked in restaurants. I had to ask for a manager because our order was all wrong. I would not be coming back here again.
I'm giving this Applebee's a low score because our waitress was not wearing a face mask. We asked why she wasn't wearing a mask, she replied that she was fully vaccinated. FYI, you can still catch COVID and transmit the virus even if you're vaccinated. We'll be going somewhere else.
The food wasn’t good at all. The one in the Bronx terminal is a winner.
I don’t like to give bad reviews that’s why I’m very selective to where I dine. Have to say that the food this time was awful. Ribs dried and hard. My daughter pizza cold but the most upsetting thing is that my daughter said twice thank you to the waiter and did not answer at all. She even ask me why.
It's service was slow, and the person messed up my order. I don't recommend eating there at New Rochelle NY if I were you.
I love Applebee's, always have good offers !A lot has changed over the years however, the more expensive items become with wholesalers, the less we get in the plate. Understandably so, aside that, great food, good atmosphere and always great customer service the times I've been, a movie theater right next door, great date night or great for family catch ups !
We waited so long for the waitress (20 Mins) just to come to our table and greet us. She was pleasant and apologetic for the wait so she was redeemed just a bit, however my kid's burger was tiny compared to the bun, and my steak was tough although ordered medium well. Definitely not coming back to this location. Don't come here if you're actually hungry.
