My first time at this place was disappointing due to poor customary service. The female employee there refused to make me milkshake even though they just opened this morning (her excuse was they were all out of milkshakes but apparently had everything else) and she was just siting there on her phone. Not a fan of lazy people. Thank you next.

Ample parking, clean, well equipped and friendly staff

I freaking love it

Not a fan of 16 Handles Fro-yo. My daughter loved the assortment of flavors as well as toppings. Something is missing for me like the added fat that would make it creamy and delicious- i.e Ben and Jerry's. I'd rather eat the toppings and leave the Fro-yo.

Perfect spot to kill all your sweet cravings. Loved the cotton candy flavor.

Best yogurt in town. New owners are friendly and welcoming, a great place to visit.

I heard they had oatly ice cream so I rushed over to try it before they closed. It was really good taste better than the frozen section one plus it was great to finally have a non dairy ice cream flavor! I would probably call first to see if it's available before you go like I did!

the new owners of this place are absolutely terrible to their employees i’m honestly disgusted. i came in with my younger sister to get froyo and i heard one of the owners actually screaming at some of the kids working at the front over a small mistake it was terrible. hopefully they will be gone soon they should never be allowed to own a store or have employees. the kids at the front were great but the new owners were rude and unprofessional i don’t recommend anyone spend money here.

Best Frozen Yogurt around !!!! Owners are amazing…. Can’t rave about it enough….

First off this 16 Handles still requires masks despite NY state relaxing the mask mandate for indoor businesses to be aligned with CDC guidelines. Despite being one of the only businesses that still requires masks to be worn they do not supply masks. They also make you wear gloves that they provide because they must think Covid lives on surfaces despite CDC saying differently. If you are going to make people wear masks, supply masks just like you make customers wear gloves and supply gloves. The last kicker is they still make customers keep all the toppings in the plastic containers which are way more toppings than you need for cup of yogurt. Obviously the cups of toppings are weighed with the yogurt therefore charging higher prices due to the excess amount of toppings and the weight of the cups. While I am not concerned with the dollar or two more I might have paid for my families yogurt due to the cups of toppings, half of which I threw out, I am concerned with how many customers they have overcharged over the course of Covid. This place needs to follow the science like the rest of us and realize that most people are vaccinated and if they aren't vaccinated they will elect to wear masks. For the people that don't feel safe going out, they won't go out. Why make vaccinated people or people that choose to not wear masks, wear masks? Why is this any of their business? Get up with the times, stop living in your scared media influenced world and FOLLOW THE SCIENCE!!
