I decided to stop by here with my kids are noticing that they offer vegan options!I was not disappointed at all!!!!My kids were amazing by the roasting of the marshmallows in front of them.They are super friendly and I will definitely be returning not only for the items in the menu but because of the friendly / warming service they offer.Looking for vegan ice cream make this your first stop ..& thank me later.
The rolled ice creams were so delicious. The owner is very kind and friendly . Please do give them a try you will not be disappointed.

Poor kid working all alone on a Friday night. Waited patiently as he served a family and Uber eats requests . When it was finally my turn he skipped over my family to help a group of kids that came in . Beyond mad at the customer service: will never return.
I am so disappointed with Sweet Charlie’s. I was so beyond excited when this place opened as I love ice cream! Unfortunately, one night when my boyfriend and I walked in it was a week day and an older gentleman was working. As we walked in he stuck his hand in his pants. Then he proceeded to ask what we wanted. I was so beyond DISGUSTED with him sticking his hand in his pants that we left. None the less I did the “contact us” option on the app and never heard back. So sad about this as this was a great place. I don’t plan on returning.
Amazing rolled icecream and amazing customer service!! I don’t even live around the area but I’d be happy to make the trip again for their “off duty” rolled icecream ?

This place was absolutely horrible. We waited in line for about 45 minutes and they completely messed up our order. My partner did a build your own vanilla ice cream with bananas and chocolate mixed in on a waffle. They gave him plain vanilla, they tried to make a waffle that COMPLETELY FELL APART THEN ASKED IF WAS OKAY ... no its not okay it was just batter why would we accept that, never asked if he wanted anything on top of the plain vanilla ice cream nothing. They never asked if we wanted a refund. So we spent $8+ on rolled vanilla ice cream. Ridiculous. The ice cream I got had no taste seriously tasted like nothing. Total time spent there was over a hr and $20 wasted.
Perfect late night snack especially for this preggo!The Belgium waffle was so yummy!The staff was really friendly too they were so close to closing and I asked for a cookie and they were willing to stay late just to make it! (No didn’t make them stay late I’m not that mean) but truly appreciated their willingness
Sweet Charlie’s is nice option if your trying to enjoy a different style of ice cream. Great dessert spot to try, definitely go with friends and family that enjoy sweets cause they have a lot of good and interesting options for everyone to try. Some good seasonal flavors too like pumpkin spice. The best part is customizable options and the free toppings you can add to an already yummy dessert.
