Every time I come here, I always get a double smoke shack and am never disappointed. Aside from food quality, the restaurant is pretty clean and even has a bathroom in the basement. The service is good too and my only gripe with this Shake Shack are the prices, but you do get what you pay for.
Kind of pricey for a fast food restaurant & for the serving size given, but the food was fresh & tasty...The cherry peppers made the cheeseburger I ordered so much better, & the cheesy fries were also yummy.I didn't like the fact that when going to pay, I was requested to provide a tip...Tipped anyway though, because of the staff's fast service.
The girl taking the orders needs to stay off her phone and pay attention to what she's doing. Did not listen and got several things wrong. So snotty and impatient. Taking orders and scrolling - really? Know it all type. Ended up paying for what we did not order. Spoke with manager who was great and was willing to make it right, but that was not the issue. Did not order 2 fries or cheese fries with an extra side of eye roll!
I loved this place been coming here for last few years, but now service is getting worse. Came here at 6 pm there was no line I was the only one , guy on the counter sitting on chair and watching video in his phone with his co worker , they were busy talking and watching video on the phone . Guy on the counter taking order like he is giving me a big favor. This time I see stuff was really unorganized and unprofessional. Same thing happened to next two costumers. I own business and my guys don’t sit on chair and take order
Had a missed order I caught before I left. The music was pretty loud so she gave me a very different order. I order the Shroom Burger. But got a meat burger. The manager happened to be there and my order was corrected.But the same person who took my order tried to argue with me that I was wrong. The customer service team must have manners. Please teach the front staff not to be rude.
Highly recommend if you’re craving a solid burger with a side of the TSA / DMV experience. Recommend adding a tip to show your appreciation. Don’t worry the old lady at the register will prompt you at the right moment to do so. Food was great but cashier was oddly rude and miserable. If she’s the owner then I guess it’s her business to do whatever, but if not, man people like her will kill your business. Maybe order ahead for pick up? Will try again soon.

I ordered a strawberry shake but i didnt taste the strawberry flavor ? But the burger and chicken sandwich were delicious!
I had an unnecessary bad experience this afternoon. It left me disgusted. The cashier who took my order was wearing black gloves. I watched him walk over to the food station and reach into the bacon container. He then spread the bacon on my daughter's fries with the same gloves. After that, he went back to the cash register to take the next order. Note to Shake Shack: cashiers should be strictly dealing with cash and food handlers should strictly be dealing with food.
Went for a simple order 2 burgers, 2 fries. It was done incorrectly. I went back to the register to pay for another burger and pretty much I had to explain myself about 5 times to five different people. No one is still getting what I’m saying. Finally they got my order right,I appreciate the assistance but I had to wait another 5 minutes, it was extremely disorganized, I don’t know if there’s a manager at this location and if this team needs better training or was training. There’s a lobby person, blonde, older woman, she Needs manners , doesn’t wear her mask and kept touching my food. She kept telling me what she thinks I ordered instead of what I actually ordered, felt like walking out and leaving the food. I use to love this location. Will not be returning.
