I absolutely love the employees at the Pantano’s in Garden City especially Nelson, Sylvia and Ross. I come there not only for the delicious food but for the warm welcome and pleasant conversation. I drive from Bellerose Queens almost every morning because of these employees. Thank you all for starting my morning out with a smile and a delicious breakfast!
This place always has a line which I associate with being a good place. Food is always fresh and bagels are delicious! My go-to order is a bacon egg and cheese on a toasted and buttered sesame bagel. It never disappoints.
Waited 15 minutes for a roast beef melt. Opened in 3 minutes after walking out. Ice cold and the rarest roast beef I’ve ever had at a deli

Excellent food, cordial service, and this beautiful restaurant is still not finished improving! Definitely an up and coming hotspot, but with service like this, my party will never forget the experience.
Bagels here are 10/10!…my only issue is the lady working the front in the early mornings (opening shift). I always have to repeat my order 3 times for her. And when she gives you your food, she just throws it to you on the counter. No “thank you”, no “have a good day” or anything. This happens all the time
My go to spot for breakfast and lunch, the guys here are top notch and always go above and beyond to take care of the customers needs. The food is honestly top notch and never disappoints, they always have consistent quality and service ?? Their breakfast sandwiches include your normal offering of sandwiches and they take it up a notch with their own special takes on sandwiches, such as the OMG Bagel, which are stellar. Plus their fresh Acai bowls always hit the spot, this is the go to place if you want great food and great service. You can order at the store or via phone and rest assured knowing that your order gets taken care of with no hassle. 10/10

honestly the best breakfast sandwich we have had in a long time. order of 6 sandwiches came correct. so good that we came back for lunch same day. highly recommend.
Nice staff, but they forget your order easily. The food was decent at best. As a native Long Islander their BEC is below average. It was all soggy, it was missing bacon, salt, pepper and ketchup. The bread was nasty. How do you forget bacon on a BEC? Avoid and get your breakfast elsewhere.
