Horrible manager that runs this place. The Frappe I got was sour and tasted rancid, after taking a single sip I knew something was off. It was so bad that I currently feel sick writing this. The real issue was that when I addressed the issues with the manager and asked for them to remake it with non-expired ingredients, he refused to and then I asked for a refund if he can’t re-make it and he said that they don’t give refunds. I’ve never heard of a restaurant that won’t re-make or give a refund for food that’s gone bad. Never going to this location again. Contacting corporate right after this as well.
Very fun to go to a unique location. Pretty well preserved on the outside, would be great to have a little history posted somewhere on the house. Staff was really kind and efficient, bathrooms were clean and the inside was nicely spread out. You can’t go upstairs which is a bummer.
Nice preserved piece of history. A beautiful building. Wish upstairs was opened, and was more about the history. In a very busy suburban area. Same McDonald's menu. Wish they had some specialty items exclusively for this location. Maybe even souvenirs to make the visit special to this specific location. Made the trip. Was Fun.
There's only 1 Mansion McDonald's that I I know of. We remembered going to it in the 90s as a kids and going yesterday with my son was just as great. If you like McDonald's, you gotta go once atleast and it's a better than average McDonald's food and service. I will get better pics, Gina forgot to take them while reminiscing.
Rudest McDonald’s workers I’ve ever encountered. Beautiful location tho. I said my please and thank yous yet was rudely met with stank faces and impatient workers, both were Hispanic females.
The employee who took my order was very nice to me, and I have been coming here for 10 years and I’ve never had a bad experience. The place is fancy, I love the food.
Horrible service. Every worker there is some of thebrudest people i have met. One time I ordered a fry well done they gave me an old fry. When I went in and told them that Is the person at the front counter Rudely took the fry And gave me a fry that had just been cooked. When I asked if it was well done she told me no. This person knew that what she was giving me wasn't what I ordered and still have the guts to be rude about it.
This store is always getting our orders wrong. Today we went in the drive thru. Ordered 2 Big Macs 2 chicken nuggets. And 2 fries. I checked the bag before leaving. We were missing one of the chicken nuggets. We mentioned this. The girl asked for our receipt. We have it to her without looking at it ourselves. She said your ordered the bundle you got what your ordered. We thought the guy didn’t hear us correctly and drive away. As my husband is dribbb in f I check the receipt my self. We ordered and were heard correctly. The girl lied.I tried to call the store they don’t pick up. It goes into voicemail.IGo out of my way to go here because myLocal McDonald’s does not have drive thru.I’m done
Inside the restaurant, the place seemed a mess. The table next to mine had garbage left on the table and was there the entire time that I was at McDonald's. The mens room was also in bad need of attention.The food was good as expected.
