I’m a domino customer. I ordered a pizza at the store location 1017 Jericho tpke New Hyde Park NY 11040. First he was not wearing any gloves but that’s not the main point. The slicer fell onto the floor and without cleaning or changing it he used the same one to pick up my pizza. This is very unhygienic. When I called him out for it he replied saying it was fine. Disgusting I never had this experience with Dominos but today was different. They were also speaking in a different language. I am very disappointed with this and I left the place immediately. Unhygienic people.
Extremely poor customer service. Staff yell at customer over the phone when made complaint about pizza not made as ordered. Absolutely NO English speaking staff at this site. Besides staff making pizza wasn't wearing gloves or mask and do was the staff at payment counter. Domino's reputation is at stake if it continues like this.
Fast Delivery. The pizza itself was good. However the BBQ wings left a lot to be desired. The BBQ sauce was literally just splattered on the wings.
This is the best Domino’s I have ever been to. They always make sure to deliver pizza right to car side within a few minutes. The restaurant is super clean, the staff is very very kind. I have been too many Dominos and I make the extra trip to come to this specific location because the food is good, the service everything is much better here. I highly recommend everyone to come to this specific location.
Awful customer service and pizza. If you can go to a different location you should. Every time I order pizza the order is wrong. Really recommend a different location if you are ordering dominos.
I come here pretty often because it's the closest Domino's to my house. There's nothing great about this Domino's but there's also nothing wrong with it either. It's just an average Domino's
I gave one star to show a little mercy, but they are terrible, they are nasty, rude, unprofessional ,they don’t care about the customers. It is terrible, I missed the previous workers.
Has to be the worst service ever!! I placed a order for my son at Cohen children’s hospital and the driver never came. I called and asked where he was because my app said he was outside. A guy answered the phone and said that I didn’t have an order and hung up. I called again and he said the driver left because I didn’t answer the phone. I’m very confused on why the driver needed to call me if the order was paid for. All food orders and deliveries are always placed on the table in the front of the hospital due to COVID. What worst is that I was waiting outside for my order. I’m definitely never ordering from this domino’s ever.
Awful customer service and slow delivery. Delivery person (when he finally showed up) was very kind, but when my order tracker said delivery left at 6:12 and at 6:35 the tracker said my order was complete I was confused because we had no pizza. I called and explained and was give a curt answer and hung up on. When I called back because I was still confused, they hung up on me again. When I called back again, I was yet again, immediately hung up on. Pizza was made as expected, but was almost cold. It was delivered about 50 minutes after ordering and 37 minutes after it said it left the store and while I understand there may be other deliveries, we live about a 6 minute drive from the store for context. This is not the first time we’ve had slow delivery either, but at least every other time the tracker still showed “out for delivery.”
Horrible experience. Food was prepared with no respect for the customer. I am sincerely appalled that the employees feel comfortable serving this product as food. I will never ever return again. The staff needs to be replaced. This is a horrid establishment.
