Me and a colleague at work ordered from here and it was interesting to say the least. The chicken I ordered was good and the sweet potato casserole tasted good too. The cornbread was hard, and the mac n cheese was watery and didn't really have any flavor. We weren't happy about that at all. So it seems like this place has some hits and misses. If you decide to order from here, do so at your own risk. ?
Not sure if it was just this Boston Market but we had two of the carver sandwiches (one meatloaf and one chicken and both were terrible). Also had some Mac and cheese which was dry. The Mac and cheese used to be real creamy. Soda machine had no ice. If you want Boston Market maybe try another store.

Terrible. It could be better depending on who’s working at the moment but i went at around 5pm and literally no other customers were there expect for me and there were two ladies working there. I was trying to tell her what i wanted and she kept rushing me telling me to hurry up and i told her i needed a minute and that i was new to boston market and didn’t know how to order she was shaming me for not knowing what i wanted and just thru my tray of food behind her even though i was still trying to figure out what to add. It was very confusing and irritating. The very least she could have done was explain to me how to order (since they apparently do it different at boston market) i just ended up leaving it was rude and exasperating smh I can’t rate the food considering i didn’t have the “luxury” to try it however customer service is a big part of a job. the staff needs to be better trained or just straight up fired.
Meatloaf is very good and yummy ? but they need to put more portion.
Service was quick. Macaroni was over cooked which is a major disappointment which is why I went there, other then the bogo coupon. I thought the turkey portion was quick small but my mom seemed okay with her meal. I got the 3 sides meal. The mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, and corn bread were good.
I don't know what it is... My dumb luck. Everytime I come here coupon or not, I'm always a little disappointed with the food. This visit, I had a coupon for the 1/4 chicken meal for $5. Let me tell you, that 1/4 was so tiny, it may as well had been a single drumstick. That'd be bigger. LOL I had great customer service while there even though the server forgot my chicken pot pie... At least he didn't charge me. So can't complain. He just forgot. I don't know why I bother.
Fast service but limited sides. The food is tasty and reasonably priced. I like getting the senior discount !
