I was sold a sour spoiled ice cream cake from @baskinrobbins !!! How is that an ice cream shop has spoiled ice cream cake? And the thing about spoiled ice cream is that you can’t tell until you eat it! So after singing happy birthday to my just six year old soon and serving the kids first I took my first bite and spit it out yelling “don’t eat the cake, don’t eat the cake!” Yeah, imagine how that went over in the room with kids. In the garbage the plates went along with the birthday moment.

Slow and was given old cones that seem like they were on display for days. Also they don't got much selection either.
Went at about 9 pm and was probably waiting on line for 15-20 minutes. They need more than 1 worker there even at night.
They will charge u $0.99 for a damp cone for ice cream.
The asian lady (apparently the owner) at the counter is extremely rude, and doesn’t know how to do business. The way she behaved, tells that she doesn’t care about customer service. With such service she will only continue to lose customers. I would not recommend this place
Excellent and outstanding customer service on a consistent basis. I go here with my family at least once a week and the ice cream is always fresh and tasty. Store always well maintained and super clean. Birthday ice cream cakes are also superb. Lee the owner goes out of her way to make sure every order is prepared perfectly. Milkshakes are by far the best you will find anywhere. I highly recommend this Baskin Robbins for all of your ice cream purchases.

Pricey for a soft serve cone but they give a lot so it's worth it. A size small is plenty!
