Short handed staff did amazingly well. Hard workers.
My wife and I went to New hartford, ny uno on saturday 6/11 to eat. We were seated right off then waited 10 minutes or so for waiter to come over and take our drink order. Restaurant only had few tables full. Two people were at register area talking but neither came over. We just got up and left. Same hostess that seated us told us to have nice night. Was a little after 8 pm. My wife told her why we left. She apologized.
New manager doing her best to make up for clueless wait staff who's name starts with McKenzie. Overall food was good and manager ended our experience on a positive note.
We stopped in for appetizers late evening. The employees were polite and professional. Very welcoming. The food was great. We recommend this restaurant.
Sad because my first time here EVER I ordered a burger well done.. and it was pink through the middle, the whole way through. A mix between rare and medium. I’m 8 months pregnant and instantly got turned off and couldn’t eat it.. ended up eating a burger bun for dinner. Couldn’t send it back because we ordered “to go”. They told me the next meal is on them, but it’s hard to want to go back after making my stomach whirl. A little pink would have been acceptable and I wouldn’t have complained. But the fact I’m 8 months pregnant and ate a HAMBURGER BUN and nothing else because it was so pink, is devastating. I was really hoping our first experience would have been better. On the positive note, my son loved the spaghetti.
Friendly waitress, not crowded at all, however service was somewhat slow. We order the adult menus tenders with fries. My two sons (13 and 9 ) had to double check to make sure it wasn't the kids menu tenders and fries. Serving of French fries was unimpressive. I ordered the lemon chicken skewers side of brocolli and a side of vegetable medley, one glass of wine. My meals was so disappointing on the size, I voiced it to the waitress who said, yeah, it does look it, but the lemon chicken is really good. I told her ill he to eat again when I get home. For 62.00, we will never go back there again.
I really love this place but dont think i will be returning after my friend and i were told they were closed at 940 pm when we tried to order a couple of appetizers to go. It was the way the woman acted that got me. We walk in walk up and ask to order a couple appetizers to go. She says we are closed, the door was locked. First of all we just came in the door so no it wasn't locked, and its 20 til close. She replied i dont care, we are closed. Maybe places should start posting last orders in by: times.
We usually have a great experience here. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 today because we got room temperature pizza and warm draft beer. The flavors of the food and our server were good though.
Manager checked in with all guests and had a nice conversation with our table for about 20 minutes. Great service and food.
Hire more staff and quality control make sure the food is going out properly and make sure all sides are correct and that the customer is happy
